Genshin male models need a big, BIG, overhaul. Everybody needs to have the Wrio physique at the very least, unless they're cuz of lore purposes, like Baizhu being very weak Genshin's one of the highest earning Gacha games of this decade and the fact they have such problems making their men look good is worrying They need to go back and update all the tall male models like Zhongli, Itto, Diluc, etc. People saying "it's gonna cause an uproar" excuses are spreading misinfo. People WANNA see their male characters look good. The ones who're gonna complain why "Itto's got bigger arms" are the vocal minority. People WANT him to be a big, bulky, oni dude They also need to fix the babyfaces too. What's worse, is that there are no average height male characters either. Caelus model's around 178 to 180 cm while Genshin's straight up 183 cm with nothing else than the 160 cm kid models. Due to this, they can't show any actual teen characters in the game either. Honestly, the male models look so outdated that I fear with all these different competitive gacha games coming out with much better male models, Mihoyo might lose sales due to their male models being so below average as there's better products in the market Xbalanque, a Natlan character and the Pyro Dragon, was leaked to be a boy model and if he was in HSR or Wuwa, he would probably be an average height guy If Mihoyo really wants to, they can fix all their tall male models and even add new types like the average height males by next yr but they won't until they start losing sales 😔

Jesus Christ! What is with the hate on Genshin in this comment section? It’s not Genshin fault hoyo decided to give them such baby face. Al Haitham and Neuvilette design are pretty good tbh. Tbf, they might be a tie or even better than HSR character, despite both games coming from the same company. For WW, of course they would look the best since it lean more towards the Chinese art style, Manhua. Like it is impossible to beat any beautiful men in both beauty and body shape when it comes to manhua.

I'd heard people say Calcharo had a unique nose, but he really does when you look side-by-side even with Jiyan. It's a small detail but he really does have a more pronounced nose.

GI don't even come close, their twig-like arms don't make sense on bigger characters like Itto. I don't understand why GI is so allergic to muscular build, is it because the devs thought some players might get their feeling hurt/ self conscious when they see the the male chars abs? (this theory didn't come from me) As a female gamer, i love male characters that actually has refined looking abs/ muscles, even Ratio in HSR is quite built, i love HSR the most, but WW takes the win here!

One thing that i like about HSR despite them using reusing models they actually modify the faces of each character like for example Himeko, Kafka, Acheron and even Stelle uses the same base but their faces actually look unique from each other unlike in genshin where it feels like they just change the eyes plus add some other facial details like lipstick or beauty marks and not change the overall shape of the head.
