I was going through a nasty divorce in 1990 that involved my 2 young girls when I first heard this (shortly after it was released)... and despite that, I was still in love with her. I cried when I first heard it, and it still makes me tear up 35 years later at age 60. Beautiful backup vocals Machan along with Marilyn. I was going back to older artists I loved in my early years & was sorry to hear of Bobby's passing, A true legend.

Saw this remarkable man at the STAR THEATRE in Merrillville, IN back in the early 90s. This guy was incredable. The "Cat in The Hat," and man - that cat could sing!

I remember hearing this song at my Mom's when I was growing up. It was Al Jarreau. I thought this whole time it was his song he wrote. Now I know it originally belonged to Bobby. Both did an amazing job sing this smooth jazz song. RIP to both 🎶

Such a pleasant song! The only original song created for a Star Trek film until Star Trek: Beyond. Many fond memories of discovering this song as a teenager. The Moon is truly a window to Heaven!
