I think you should try again. Two nights were not enough, and you were in the premium, which are not the largest sites. We have stayed there often but only once in premium. We felt that FW felt very Disney, and we were in the bubble. The extra 30-minute head start every day in every park is a value. Try staying longer and spending all day some days at the Fort. Try the full hookup campsites as they are less expensive. Do what's right for you, but try again if you can.

If you buy it from solar signature make sure that's what you want, if you try to return it they will charge you a restocking fee!

I had the same problem with the curtain hooks. I finally cut the curtains off just below the hooks and sewed new fabric right to the fabric strip I cut with the hooks left on. Worked perfectly.

If that property has electric you should add a 30/50 amp hook up. It’s easily done. And yes get your windows tinted. We did 95% ceramic tint and it’s a game changer. Idk why they don’t build them with tint

Does this use gravity to void the used water? I've got a space to 'install' but it's below the sink...or does it have a pump out?

How high off the ground is the tank drain? I have a 2013 clipper 17FQ and had an axle flip done because the drain pipe was waaaaay too low. I was nervous about it breaking off going over a curb or a pothole. Also, is that a 12 volt or absorption fridge? The microwave was taken out to make room for the larger fridge. Also, since you mentioned dual axles, how much more weight does a second axle add? Dual axle trailers usually weigh about 1,000 pounds more. And they cost more. I also like the 7 foot width. You don't need special mirrors to see the side of the trailer while you are driving.

The problem with Diesel fuel it is really had to get reliable fuel especially when you are in remote areas. Gas on the other hand is available in all grades and qualities almost everywhere. If you have an older (pre DEF) engine then the fuel can be a little rougher and still function properly.

I inquired about purchasing a travel travel from their Longview, TX store. Got and otd price, So I had the hard numbers. The sales guy tried to add wiring for my truck, which it didn't need, $360 for a brake controller ( which I can get and install for less than $100), $260 for the battery, ran the payments based upon 14% interest for 10 years (my credit score is over 770). We told him we were looking for $200 payments, he came back with 280-290. We said no. He came back with 265-275. With its price of 17,682.08, minus1500 down, with tax and all fees final price was 16,182.08. I ran that through their payment calculator and it came up $100 less for payment. Ran it by an accountant friend and it was closer to that than their quoted payment. Will not be doing business with them.

Please allow me one more piece of food for thought... You may want to consider wearing rubber boots outdoors for so many reasons. Cheers!🎉

Consider giving yourselves some time before you go tearing out underbrush, etc. You may find that the underbrush gives you some welcomed privacy. You'll begin seeing the terrain differently the longer you're on your property. Beautiful place! CONGRATS!!

Good tips IF no electrical hookups. I only use electrical. Throw the damn gas grill away, buy an elctric skillet move the table outside and enjoy. Also the cooler inside is ridiculous. If your fridge isnt working, well, y'all maybe shouldnt be camping. Btw we just got our popup and with no knowledge we set up in 30 minutes easily. Two working together is imperative.

There a lots of much nicer campgrounds for RVs for less than Fort Wilderness. We used to go a couple of times a year in our MH, but the prices of everything Disney are ridiculous.

Great Video! Thanks for the update. I’m in AZ and we also have a horrible problem with biting fire ants. Ours are red in color. A natural, pet and people safe product is Food Grade diatomaceous earth. Amazon does carry it but we purchase it at a co-op or tack store. It is a white powder and we sprinkle it around our garden and any areas we see activity. Works like a charm but we do have to apply seasonally. The ranchers around here also use it in their horse stalls. It really does work.

Congratulations! This will be exciting to watch the progress. We live in Ft Myers and have looked a lot in the Arcadia area for similar properties, we are ready to get out of the HOA world and have more freedom.. We will be up in that area in mid October staying over at Hunsaders in Bradenton (Pumpkin Festival) but I am sure we will be driving around and dreaming while up there!

These BougeRV inverters seem like a great product to add as a basic inverter to the Trailer. We also have a 294RK but are not looking for huge solar setup, but a basic inverter would be interesting.

I see the small generator paired with a solar generator is a great pair. All you need is the wattage to charge the solar generator then everything is powered by it, not the generator

If you have a jump pack or solar generator with a cigarette plug, you could just plug right in. As far as the kitchen, it looks like an apartment kitchen it’s so nice.

THE DOUBLE FENCE AREA KNOWN AS A DMZ ZONE WAS POSSIBLY THERE FOR SEPERATION OF BULLS. IF U OR YOUR NEIGHBORS HAVE COWS AND BULLS. IT IS IMPORTANT TO PUT THAT DMZ IN TO KEEP BULLS FROM FIGHTING. FENCES ARE ONLY SUGGESTIONS TO THE ANIMALS TO RESPECT. HORMONES CAN DICTATE OTHERWISE.
