Hey Georg, Ich benutze es auf einem MacBook Pro mit Logic Pro, aber ich habe auch Adobe Audition, Reaper und iZotope RX ausprobiert, mit dem gleichen Ergebnis. Ich kann nur einen Kanal (Mikrofon) aufnehmen. Die anderen Instrumente, wie die Gitarre oder der Synthesizer (Moog Sub 37), kann ich über das MT48 hören, aber keines der DAWs empfängt das Signal vom Neumann MT48. Ich habe eine E-Mail mit der Problembeschreibung an Neumann geschickt, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Das ist wirklich frustrierend.

Amigo me puedes explicar porque cuando bajo el buffer a 64 muestras para grabar se escuchan unos clicks y pops que quedan impregnados en la grabacion y cuando lo vuelvo a subir a partir de 512 hacia arriba estos desaparecen es super raro la verdad, leí el manual y descubri que era porque por defecto la interface graba a una latencia baja y que solo se necesita bajar el buffer para grabar midi con el controlador, pero la duda es porque al grabar a 64 muestras causa ese problema

Hi a short additional question. If my Monitor Controller has a possibility to host a subwoofer, should I connect the subwoofer to the device, in my case a SPL monitor controller marcone, or should it still be connected as you described? Thank you for considering a answer 👍🏻🙏🏻

Is there a way to perform a hard factory reset? An error occurred during the last firmware update and my MT 48 will no longer reboot.

One of mine died after 6 weeks of use as a desktop speaker. We'll see how warranty service goes. Huge disappointment.

In the video of Glyn demonstrating his technique he did place the mics much lower to the kit. Maybe at about 30 inches. But he wasn't picky about distance so long as the distance was roughly the same, and it sounded good. The other thing he emphasises is running good console preamps slightly hot (he worked with the Olympic 1, and disliked SSLs), with the master slightly cool. And I think that would result in a more in your face sound than in this recording. Because his goal was to capture the real sound the drummer was hearing, since he figured the drummer had worked out how to get the sound they wanted.

Isn't that dumb to explain microphones with badly pinned cheaply sounding lav instead of ... I don't know ... maybe using those microphones in a proper way? My impression: why bother? Just use lav. Buy Sanken COS 11 - the best in class. Neumann employees see it the same way.

Hi, I use a RME Babyface to calibrate the System with 2 KH80DSP and the Subwoofer KH750. The BF feeds the sound in to a Behringer Monitor2USB and then in the KH750 which feeds then 2 KH80. Would it be possible to change the path of wiring after the calibration/alignment and skip the BF and use the usb connection oft the Monitor2usb and connect the KH80 direct to the Monitor2usb also the subwoofer. So I can switch between 2 sets of monitors and use also headphones. Will the image change if the BF not in the path. The Monitor2usb works also as a soundcard, but is not recognized by the Neumann M1 software, also it has no phantom power. Would be great to have a monitor controller from Neumann who sits in the center of this system, like Genelec does it. Or can you recommend a better monitor controller?

I purchased this mic for $850 in excellent condition.

The key noise is really bad. And the sound is too „fat“ due to the proximity effect. But that‘s probably the problem with all those closely miced instrument microphones.

MA-1 software can see my KH80 monitors via the network but cannot update the firmware v1.3.1 to v1.3.6 onto the speakers causing errors thus cannot proceed. Why is this?

Hi! I have a quick question, can I do this calibration while connecting my speakers to my interface via SPDIF cables? I can't really adjust my output level while using SPDIF so it can be very loud at unity with the acoustic controls disabled when in Network mode. Thanks!

Hi, I was hoping you could help me out here. I bought 2x KH150 with the MA1 mic. I bought a network switch and connected it to my mac mini ethernet port. I connected my ethernet port on my Mac Mini to the switch, also i connected both ports from the speakers to the switch. The mic is connected to a Tascam Model 24, which is via USB connected to my Mac Mini. Also the switches in the back of the monitors are set to Network. So, I did all the steps explained in this video but the software keeps telling me that the speakers are not found. I'm getting a bit frustrated here because I own the complete kit since august 2023 and still didn't make use of the software because of this issue. I was in contact with your customer support, which did a great job of helping out but we couldnt find any solution. Any chance you know what's wrong? Thanks in advance
