Lounge Recording Studios is a hidden artist’s sanctuary in the heart of Times Square. Made up of 11 professional multimedia and recording studios, Lounge’s CEO and Founder Walt Randall is focused on empowering artists at all levels to create to their potential with cutting edge audio, photo and video equipment. In close collaboration with Head Engineer Mikaelin ‘Blue’ BlueSpruce, Walt has recently outfitted several of Lounge’s bespoke recording studios with over 30 Neumann KH series monitors, including a newly built 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos immersive audio recording space dubbed the Solaris Room.

Was supposed to do a four hour session there last week, but due to unforeseen things in my life couldn’t make it but I will definitely be getting up there very soon to tap in. The studio looks great. Can’t wait to have the opportunity to set a fire in that booth. I love the promotion that y’all are doing for the lounge Studios a lot of studios. Do not do this and then when you get there, it is not what you think it is so having a virtual tour and knowledge that is given from the fellas in the video is great I couldn’t ask for more.

The most beautiful & magical studio I’ve gotten to record in. You can feel it in the air and leave all your worries and doubts outside the room. My experience at the lounge is always wonderful. Everyone there is very professional and knows how to make your song come out way better than expected. Everything at this studio is high quality and engineers know what they are doing and has been doing this for years. The engineers has the skills, experience, and the passion for music. I can say from recording with Dan the man I really enjoyed my experience. I felt comfortable the ambiance is sophisticated so I felt like a professional and everything I asked for was done and I really enjoyed my sessions. I also had the honor of recording my first video here with the lounges videographer he really helped by allowing me to give him my vision and I felt safe and again I can't express the professionalism overall which is important being a female artist. Thank you so much for this upload and the beautiful insight into a very exciting distant not so foreign world. I am just an aging amateur and light years away from any kind of professionalism. I also only own the small analog KH80 in my very humble little empire. These little bumblebees are still a dream come true for me. Question: What's this beautiful console at 0:21 and 0:57? Just be in front of it and I'd be blown away. Oh yes, the Neumann NDH 30 studio headphones, what a dream. And of course the Neumann MT48 studio interface, too. What I wouldn't give to be in a studio like that. Oh yes, I would enjoy every second there and I think I would starve to death. May all the good productions always be with you. KH 310 might be the best medium footprint speakers that I have ever heard in my life. They're on par with my Focal Trio 11 Be, if not better. But they're just not big enough for a big room like mine. I went to Germany to test out the KH 420, and it's like it was a speaker that was made by a different manufacturer. It's so dull, with an awful rt60 in the bass, and the worst transient response in a 3 way that I've ever heard. I get that it's a k&h design, but Neumann really needs to redesign their whole flagship 420 model. Btw please don't have your speakers just sitting like that on the desk. It's great for a photo shoot, sure.. but you need a stand.
