it help me a lot when tracking, the main point is combine both, aim tracking and eye training, when i do both i can say that i get 3 kills consistent until im tired which two hours after, in close range is where it helps you to increase the accuracy more, i usually do 8 minutes eye training and 30 aim training, 10 minutes in training ground for fo basic strafes in game and get used to guns, finally 2 hours in game, if you have more spare time, focus in aim training more, relax a bit, do eye training again and play the game, aim is basically more important than eye training though is up to you
