It's sad to see Brooks DDS PF version slipping more and more. The critic has been hard on this last version and what's sad is that he have focused too much on the UI for this game and as he said himself focus is on casual players. One can listen each year on how proud he is to make UI changes and colorize those pages. We do need a top quality manager game on par with Football Manager. Luckily more option on NFL manager games comes out and Wolverine needs to up it's game. Oh, that new game view just looks horrible. Has he even fixed the economics ? It was a shamble in the past.

Really like the nfl but as a football manager player I've been looking for an in depth management game for the nfl. Madden just doesn't do it for me. This looks pretty good, is it in depth and interesting to play?

Is there an easier way to upload logos, fields and jerseys rather than doing it team by team?

I've played the first access a few times. Quick thoughts. The good: User interface, having player progress in table form instead of just the line graph. Yes I like the auto-zoom. I've seen a surprising number of complaints about it. But I think it makes it easier to follow the plays. Previously the OL, TE, and QB were squished together and I couldn't see a running play develop. No more $350K contracts for any free agent. More team customization. The bad: UI does have some organization issues, for example it's no longer possible to go to the Roster screen from anywhere like before, it's not always visible on top. Scouting largely untouched (They made such a good improvement in the college game I was hoping this would follow suit).

Quick question, I saw a similar spreadsheet, I think of yours, which you pasted all of the recruits and then set weights and got a draft analysis. That one I think did try to get grades for unscouted players based on things like (I assume) combine stats. What's the difference between that and this? I mean I really appreciate all you've obviously put into this, but I don't think this spreadsheet does any type of analysis, just puts in a tabular format what we already have from scouting. Am I missing something?

I was very curious about how you were actually going to DO an expansion draft since it's not supported in the game. How did you put the players on your team?

I don't think the people of Green Bay would appreciate their region being called uninhabitable. But for Chicago and Detroit that might apply. But anyway, did you achieve this through a modified teams.xml? I have been trying to do this to create new custom formats for quite some time but the game never recognizes it.

Very nice! I assume you could just as easily add a 34th team with this, too. As for the schedule, I know from experience putting any football schedule even with 32 teams, the week by week schedule is like putting together a rubix cube! You have 15 of the 16 games filled only to realize the two unscheduled teams don't play each other. I've developed a method over the years to make this easier, but still not perfect. I'd be most interested in seeing this program that creates the weekly schedule, that you talked about, and compare it with what I do.

Bro I don't understand what I'm doing wrong my QBs can't stop throwing picks 😭 I've had defensive focused teams for a while now and finally I decided to invest in a high flying offense and we've made the playoffs 3 times in a row with 10+ wins but the year before we got eliminated in the wildcard because he threw 5 interceptions and in my current season I thought we were going to the Superbowl cause we beat the 4th seed then the 1 seed but then in the NFC Championship he threw 4 picks 😭 I don't know what to do anymore cause I've always had bad luck with QBs throwing interceptions

How do you upload real teams?

Interresting video and speculation. What I often think on is perhaps very offside but since the devs thinking very much on the look of the game the pictures they use (when not using proper photos) are truly sick. Players look almost too young even for HS football. They mostly look as 13-14 years old in too many cases. I know it's silly, but I can't help every year getting a bit irritated over it and searching for real photos is a priority. Sadly it doesn't work for the College version and for fictional players coming into the league in years ahead. One thing in this test must be the even harder possibility to make a end-around jet sweep with any of the WR. The game as it stand already doing a horrible outcome on this. Players like Tyreek Hill, Deebo Samuel, Christian Walker just never sprint around the edge like IRL. I big prblem that Brooks even confessed he hasn't been able to prorgam correctly.
