Jab apky sath koi misbehave kre clinical setting m koi bhi staff, ap please complaint kijiye or karskty hai or krni chahiye, isky khilaaf strict actioys liye jate hai , rules bny hai.. But please sbhi ko ek jesa mat smjhiye. Ap ek bar bimar hokar kuch time k liy hospital jaty ho but volog din rat subah sham vhi hai or hr dusre insan se misbehavior sehte hai. Agar vo bttmeez hai to please complaint kre nahi to please don't misbehave. Yaha hospitals m nurses ki salary boht km hoti h but unki pdhai or training boht zyada mushkil hoti h

@@tamannasunanta4899 just because their education and training is hard doesn't give them the licence mistreat, does it? In most cases, they are selfish it's not just about one person. I agree they have very low salary and have to work very hard. No one cares about taking action for some behaviour shit they have got better work to do. Anyway if they are leaving the country then bad behaviour towards them can't be the only reason. They see more job opportunities outside, better salary and other things. Anyway not everyone is like that

@@DebmalyaChakraborty112 That's my point not everyone is the same. I've seen people misbehave with nurses too. Once i was with my nanu in the hospital and the doctor ordered the nurse to give an injection to a patient. She was really busy it was a big ward and doctor very rudely told her to do so. Thn she went to the patient very politely and the attendant shouted at her too saying, don't touch my patient in the absence of a doctor, only a doctor will treat him. And she was hardly 23-24 years old girl, she hardly sat down for about a total of one hour in her 6 hour shift. Once we complained about a doctors bad behaviour in the hospital management they told me so, we can complaint about anyone's bad behaviour anytime in the management, there are strict rules against it, frequent complaints for a single person leads to his/ her transfer to somewhere else (with the same reason or reputation), the doctor was called in the office immediately and was made to say sorry to us in front of everyone. And nurses moving to abroad is because of very high salaries and flexible working hours and ofcourse dignity of work. Vaha log ye nhi bolty ye neet nhi nikal payi duffer hogi tb nurse bni.
