Seats of MD in India is around 20k in total and number students getting mbbs degree every year is around 70-80k or more ( govt college, pvt college and foreign medical graduates ) 80% students who do mbbs become Medical Officers in their state , railways , PSUs like NTPC ,ONGC ,SAIL etc ,ARMY and other jobs like this Best is if u get PG as fresher , 2 nd best is get a permanent job and then prepare because even after MD doing job in pvt hospitals is very unethical ,you have to sell lies about investigations , treatment and Loot their money somehow ,it's like removing their skin , which is very difficult for so many doctors. So a govt job as medical officer is a very very good option.
