We need to ability to save preset outfits for faster/easier outfit changes between our favorites. Sometimes I'll just wear the same outfit for days because I don't feel like digging through all of my clothing tabs. We already have the costumes tab with full outfits, just let us save our favorite fits in there to quickly swap between them

at this point I am sure that players and live servers are their testing systems.

One idea is to incetivise people using insider with exclusive cosmetics for each update that you get in live. That way you have a wider player base and a are more likely to finde these types of bugs before live instead of after.

insiders needs to be reworked to give new rewards but based on actual testing done and tied to bug reports. the current insiders program has maybe 20 people who actually post on the forums

So fun when you get your emissary quests, find the loot, start heading back to the oupost and bam... someone pops out my cannon and cant be killed. Good times, really nailing the gaming experience.

In an ocean of over 1.5 k comments already my remark will go unnoted and that is ok. However… I love this game and all that is within it. I really try to hand wave away all the consistent bugs (hitreg, merchants not giving me crates unless I buy captains sups, ending of captaincy for no logical reason at all, skellies not spawning when someone else is nearby, the ship starting to stutter the more often you dive, two journals not being in the shores of gold etc.) and those who find their way into the game with each and every season for the better part of 3 years (server instability because of dives, crud launching, crud launching 2 - the reckoning, crud launching 3 - crud on deeznuts, the entirety of the hourglass experience, server instability when a player joins the server etc.) and I think there is the problem: We got so used to things getting worse as time progresses that we just go like ‘Sea of features at it again oh well’. We don’t expect anything properly working anymore from you guys and no amount of apologies or promises or hotfixes after 2 or so weeks at earliest will change that. Your season launches that used to attract oh so many players now has become a joke fest where there are bets about what will break next. And how long it will take you to Band-Aid it, not fix it. I only ever see less and less players accepting this practice while your updates seem to transform this perfect game into cyberpunk 2077 at launch day. And that can’t be in your interest. So, as so many people before me said, take an entire season and fix stuff, not ad anything new. Hell, give people incentives to keep playing for that time like a cosmetic for X hours between those fixes. Wrap it up with a ferryman jacket when people stuck around for the entire time. I guarantee you this will bring back everyone who took a break from the game for the mentioned reasons and it will rekindle our trust in you. Until then it pains me what you keep doing to this game.

This kinda stuff Is awful for game health. One thing people don’t mention, is how many people love sot but don’t pay attention to socials. This will hurt their trust in the game and general view of it

Season 14. One of the most disastrous seasons of the game! Even what the developers have released raises more questions! Everything looks as if it is unfinished, reduced in characteristics. And because of this, it is not interesting and useless. Harpoon - why can it only cling to the side of the ship, but cannot cling to the mast? balance???? Complete nonsense! uselessly. Dart with poison - poisoning occurs very slowly. A person manages to eat the berry and cure himself. Chest - why? You can't carry a chest with a player inside?? After all, this is the whole point of taking the chest and bringing it to the ship! The Berry That Hides the Mermaid - Other than that, it's the Berry ??? Why should it be fried? What kind of nonsense? I'm just crying from such stupidity. ((( Why is it not a sea horn / shell, which you need to blow into so that the mermaid hides for a while?! Why can't you make it so that you can get this horn / shell in the sea treasuries? make a point of interest under the water !!! Why is everything so ill-conceived? (((

Still not coming back to this game till they give me new locations, like where is the new map or map expansion? How long do we have to wait? The Sea of Thieves is pretty but its one of the most boring maps

In my experience, the average gamer that comments on this type of video is pretty entitled and expect too much from the developers. Not here. This is all constructive criticism because we know Rare can do better. It really seems like feature launches and season passes should be separated, and we really need a sequel for better stability and expanding the possibilities for the game. I care a lot about this game and hope for the best towards all the devs, but I won't be playing much until these issues get resolved. That's a bummer, because this looked like it was going to be a great season.

NO THANKS They made me feel foolish ten too many times for trying to enjoy their game. They appeal to the toxic community that gatekeeps the game and hide behind cowardly excuses while bullying children as adults in a jack sparrow cartoon pirate game.Most these players are partners and Content creators that have all best cosmetics you cant even obtain otherwise by playing the game. Rare promotes this toxicity. Its like kids in a sandbox putting sand in eachothers mouth and calling that fun and then punishing those with sand in their mouths that are complaining by saying well you can play in a box with no sand (safer seas) to avoid admitting THEY ARE THE PROBLEM! Make a PVP server with lowered gold rates and no world events. I mean they not playing these things anyways. Congratulations the only kids that want to play in sandbox now are type to stick sand in eachothers mouth and pretend thats fun. All so adults can artificially inflate their ego by bullying children . Yeah way to go Rare!!! Way to go

what a joke of a development team we had to wait like 6 years to crouch and now ur disabling it thats what u get when u hire for inclusion and not skilled people to work on the game

I know story has had to take the backburner in a lot of ways, but it feels like as soon as the team stopped focusing on that aspect, the integrity of the game started to fall apart even quicker. We have flameheart back and he just sits quietly in his chair. I'm not particularly concerned for it now, considering all of this - but I do have concerns that the story has died completely and I do think it will kill the game faster. Lore keeps people invested, and if all you have left is broken and buggy silly features, you're not going to hold any players.

I will empathize that it's probably frustrating to constantly run into these issues but it seems we're really reaching a boiling point with how often this has happened, and the lack of addressing why. You have insider test realms but don't use them in a way that is relevant at all to releasing content. These need to actually be test realms and Rare really needs to open the idea of allowing players to exhaustively look for these bugs ahead of release. There are still bugs from 4-5 seasons ago that just never have been addressed. I often wonder "does anyone who works on this game actually PLAY the game after the update?"
