I dont get it, is the guitar 4/4? I cant tell if its the drums or the guitar that is off? Awesome cover.
@kcmman9323 Жыл бұрын
The first verse specifically. The snare and bass pedals are regular 4/4, it must be the guitar thats counting 3? So hard for me to get lol.
@bibweir2248 Жыл бұрын
In meshuggah the drums are always playing 4/4. The guitar is always what’s playing the odd times!

How do you have this much tension on the strings on A# tuning on a 6 string? I can't get that even with putting on a 7 string set on the guitar.
@NothingSphere2 жыл бұрын
Hi! It depends on your guitar scale length. This is a 25.5", which is enough to tune down to A# with a .56 string gauge. However, the tension is not high, which helps for this kind of tone, but it's high enough to hold this tuning and to intonate the instrument. An important factor is to have your guitar nut and saddles filed to the string gauge you're using, which helps the strings sit right and raises string tension. Hope this helps!
