What did you use for the tone in this???

How do you have this much tension on the strings on A# tuning on a 6 string? I can't get that even with putting on a 7 string set on the guitar.
@NothingSphere2 жыл бұрын
Hi! It depends on your guitar scale length. This is a 25.5", which is enough to tune down to A# with a .56 string gauge. However, the tension is not high, which helps for this kind of tone, but it's high enough to hold this tuning and to intonate the instrument. An important factor is to have your guitar nut and saddles filed to the string gauge you're using, which helps the strings sit right and raises string tension. Hope this helps!

This is nothing compared to the original version on the chaosphere album. That’s what you should be covering.

It is pretty good. Both are good in their own way. This sounds more "djenty", the original is more chaotic, like more modern Meshuggah

Cool take a hike then man. Both versions are great for different reasons. Oops, sorry you don’t like this version.
