You don't. I only use them because I change dash cams every few weeks, so it is easier to remove each dash cam from my tinted windshield.

Question, can you read the plates lf the cars? I cant read them may be because of you tube resolution? What is the maximum distance that can enable you tp read the other cars plates?

You can read license plates in a radius of up to 10-15 feet distance. It is not super clear, like Viofo cameras. But it's readable during the day. At night, same distance, but only readable it the plates are not reflecting the headlights too strong. Again, for clear visibility you want a dash cam with an Sony Starvis sensor, like this one: amzn.to/4awfljx

Ciao, ma sul cellulare si possono vedere entrambe le telecamere come sul display della Dash o solo singolarmente? Inoltre ho provato a scaricare i video sul cellulare ma quello anteriore dice "video non supportato", lo devo aprire con i 3 puntini tramite il lettore video e non lo fa nemmeno condividere. Invece il posteriore và normalmente, anche condividendo. Ho anche abbassato la risoluzione da 4 a 2,5 k, lo scarica questa volta ma non lo fa condividere. Non è che bisogna scendere a 1080 addirittura? Grazie

Il problema non è la risoluzione, il problema è il formato del file, che è molto insolito. Per poter creare questa recensione ho dovuto estrarre la scheda, scaricare i video sul mio PC e convertirli in un formato con cui il mio sistema fosse in grado di funzionare.

@@dashcaminfo ciao, quindi facendo tutto da cellulare, si vedono immediatamente, dopo il download, solo in 1080 MP mi pare di capire. E condividere. Ho fatto altre prove ed è sempre così, solo a 1080 va normalmente

Good camera , but G-sensors sucks, its hard to trigger it when it set to detect collision detection. If you are really focused on collision detection parking mode not chose this camera. Other functions just works as expected.

I don't think it was an issue with the rear cam, I think it was a firmware issue, that told the sensor how to react in certain situations. So an upgrade should be straight forward.

Ok, so, I have just bought one (camera, like the one in the video)... It's a pretty good camera, no problems with it (so far) but I gotta say, this camera's Achile's heel (and it is a huge disadvantage) is the exclusive gluing to the winshield option... man, it is just stupid.

Hello, can you configure the rear cam view? Make it mirrored and act as a rear view mirror? As shown in your video, the rear display is inverted making it confusing.

I went through the menu and I could not find a setting to flip the rear view camera. It may be possible after a firmware update.

It's possible. Many of these lower budget dash cams don't have modern sensors built in and keep re-using older and cheaper models

Hi there, I noticed that the phone's internet isn't working anymore whilst connected to the dashcam. Despite having mobile data ON. If I disconnect WIFI from my phone then internet is back. That can't be normal, I need to use the GPS whilst driving. Thanks in advance

Unfortunately that's the case. So you would only connect your phone to the dash cam network IF you need to change settings or access the footage. Other than that you don't leave your phone connected.

I think the rear view needs a mirror image button to be tapped. The front image shows a passing vehicle on left side but in the rear cam it’s approaching on the right. Or when you pass a vehicle it shows opposite side rear vs front. I was watching some other videos that were showing how to flip the rear image.. idk if it’s possible for every camera setup 🤔 Besides that this is a great video and I appreciate the effort, time and editing required to create this! I was also pleasantly surprised with the quality. The rear camera is a relatively cheap 1080p camera. You can't expect too much at night

An 8 GB card would get you about 1 hour 25 min recording time. It is really not sufficient. I would recommend to buy at least a 64Gb card for $13 amzn.to/3S5oh8E or better a 128 GB for $19 card: amzn.to/3zEr3LL

I would buy at least a 128 GB card, like this one: amzn.to/3zEr3LL 3 min (front and rear) are already 640 MB, in other words a 64GB card would give you only 100 minutes recording time before the footage gets overwritten
