Fairmont went from the death trap 10 cent bridge to the "million". I remember marching across both of them while at EFHS, #BusyBeeBandandHoneybees. 1984-87

@@mozone4761 Let me ask you this. Back in 1980 through 1983 I had a rock band that played the Fairmont area. Also Monongah and specifically The Meadowbrook Club and the Prime Time club. The band’s name was East Bound Ramp. Was wondering if you ever seen and heard us. You might have been too young. 😂✌🏼

I just checked out your channel and I see you play guitar and sing. That’s cool, because I do the same thing, but not to the same degree as you do. I just listen to one song and it sounded really good. I used to play in a rock band back in the early 1980s but then I got a job at the glass factory and pretty much had to give that all up. I am following you now.

I’m sorry. I just seen your comment/ question. They are bigger for sure. I would say around 4”. Seeing them everyday you don’t notice as much. I know they grow fast the first few weeks and months but their growth rate does slow down as I’m sure you know. Main thing is keeping the water quality as good as possible and the fish healthy and happy. ✌🏼

My father grew up in Fairmont, 34 High Street. He was born in 1916. I visited in 2018, and the house still looked the same, but the short block wall on the street was missing. His father was a baker at the Palace restaurant.
