I had a Clark’s level 4 nevoid pattern melanoma. Missed first time. I had it looked at again a year later as it was growing back very quickly. It was considered a recurrence. Had it surgically removed and no problems since. This was 26 years ago. I was 32 when this first happened. Scary stuff. Good luck everyone!!

I past all these test expect the big toe is weak. How do I reverse it and also cure my sciatica leg pain, I have no back pain. I’m 31 year old male
@douglasgillarddcprofessoro52852 күн бұрын
Depends what's causing the sciatica. The vast majority of the time it will heal with the passage of time, but, again, it depends what's causing it and how long it's been going on.

If you have true sciatica for a disc herniation, stenosis, or spondylolisthesis, this insane adjustment, which is NOT sanctioned by any chiropractic college that I know of, will do nothing for you--only loosen/micro-damage the ligaments of the cervical spine. I do not recommend that for any condition!

Hi, that is a great explanation how to use ONIS 2.5, thank you. I downloaded a free version but I cannot use the all future of this software, like cannot change the contrast making the image lighter or darker, or make it closer, bigger. is that normal with a free version or there is something wrong with the one I have. I will appreciate for any advice.

not normal. You should have full control over that.

I had surgery way back in 2010 for stenosis on my L4/L5. After the surgery, I immediately could not pee or shit. I could not feel 50% of my buttocks, I had pain traveling down my right hip to my right ankle. My left cheek right down to my left foot felt numb. In the post-surgery consultation, the surgeon said the surgery went fine, but unfortunately, the result was less than expected. He said basically it was the will of God. He even said he could have a stroke, who can say what happens in the future. The point is I could pee perfectly, my shitting was fine, after surgery every went bad. How can a patient know how efficient a surgeon is. He could be the last student in his class. He could have 50% of his patients suffering all sorts of post-surgery complications and troubles as a bonus.

This is the kind of fascinating video that I need to watch several times to understand the process of hindering polyspermy. I am a total novice when it comes to biology. We didn't study biology at school 60 years ago. It was a commercial school, specialising in English and maths. So in my retirement I'm catching up on the great gaps in my knowledge about how we come to exist.

If one really thinks about it the "less invasive" leaves more muscle tissue intact and therefore could minimize the look of the amount of inflammation caused, it hides what is problematic. SNAKES really.
@GailH-y6iАй бұрын
They're trying to hide the mess they make on the inside! Another huge problem is the use of MORCELLATORS! Chopping up what could be cancerous into tiny pieces in order to pull it through small incisions and throwing it all over the abdomen is the definition of STUPIDITY. Sending tons of respect your way Dr. Gillard. Your teaching and honesty absolutely go unmatched!
@GailH-y6iАй бұрын
They're still pushing epidurals using Pfizers DEPO-MEDROL, glucocorticoid using myristal gamma pictolinium chloride acetate suspension. These 'pain clinics' have no excuse. They're literally paralyzing people, if not out right killing lives, many lives.

Is there a correlation between childhood primary lymphedema in the legs and that same child being born with factor v Leiden ..the kind with no normal factor v in the body. And developing a blood clot in the internal carotid, and TIA strokes. Thanks
@douglasgillarddcprofessoro5285Ай бұрын
In rare cases, factor V Leiden disease can cause secondary lymphadenopathy but it is not (at least to my knowledge) related to primary lymphadenopathy.

Since melanoma can appear in eyes, mouth, genitals, I believe the melanoma cells arise during neural crest formation & has nothing to do with the sun. It’s the unlucky draw of genes.
@douglasgillarddcprofessoro5285Ай бұрын
You raise a good point. Malignant melanoma, a cancer of melanocytes (which are formed by neural crest cells) occurs on sun exposed regions of the body, secondary to UV exposure and a susceptibility (often a BRAF Gene mutation). There are other forms of melanoma (still a cancer of melanocytes) that are not related to UV exposure, such as mucosal melanoma (Melanoma on mucus membranes) and acral melanoma ( melanoma on the palms or soles of the feet).

Anybody else notice he said c8, I thought there was only 7 cervical vertebrae
@douglasgillarddcprofessoro5285Ай бұрын
Remember, there are seven cervical vertebrae, but eight cervical spinal nerves. Therefore, there is a C8 dermatome, myotome, but no reflex.

Yikes!!! So sad and scary. I've been told I'm a candidate for lumber spinal fusion. One Dr was ready to do it immediately and another Dr said I wasn't in enough pain to do it. Both recommended PLIF? It seems they still do this procedure in the U.S. I'm going to put surgery off as long as I can.

I was in an accident in 2005. Herniated discs L3/L4 , then following week ruined the discs above and below from the Physio forcing me to walk on my knees across the gym floor . I was crying with so much pain. Then I developed spinal stenosis which then turned into Caudia Equina Syndrome. Not fun at all. I mentioned from day one something was wrong with my bladder and ignored. I was then ambulanced from passing out. I had went into diuresis. They finally tested me and my bladder and bowel severe neurogenic. I'm Allergic to all anti-inflammatory meds and steroids'. The past three months I have some changes with acute pain within the lower sacrum so I cannot sit at all. i wished there was a fix .

Hi Dr, I have the brown line for about 4- 5 year on my right toes nail. It’s getting big now. It is around 3.5 mm. I think I may have cancer. I tried to make appointment the skin doctor but they are not available until December 2024. I’m so worried now. I can’t sleep. Please give me the advice. Also, is the cancer curable? I have a daughter and she just 9 year old. I really want to take care of her until she grow up.

Don’t freak out. These are very common. Toe nail cancer is very rare, but I would definitely get it checked out. May be worth traveling a bit but very rare
