I have a couple of questions about staying for a year to get a visa. Is this a residency visa? Does it allow you to stay indefinitely? Do you have to stay for the whole twelve months, or are you allowed to leave for short periods during that time? I have to see the Dr every 3 months, so would it be better for me to start my year After I no longer have to do this? Sorry! Lots of questions, but really important to how I approach purchasing in Italy. Thank you!

in not turistic areas those building are more and more renounced as inheritances . Expecially if they are under some kind of ruling from governament as landscape landmarks and so on. Beautifull buildings but they really only make sense if you are really rich and into troubles :)
