Iriki in Taiwan zoo would suit Monta as Iriki personality is more like him like being alone but know having a baby secures her security (she clever she has a baby Not coz she wants one but as said her security).if you not see Iriki suggest watch her and think you get what I mean.

It's a shame they've got 2 female sisters in Japan that could be living with Monta right now. Japan needs to take better care of their primates and move them over to be with this sweet male.

Thank you for the video and your commentary. Although watching handsome Monta made me cry. He looked so sad. It breaks my heart that he has had such a boring, lonely life. Such a beautiful silverback deserves so much more as does Rola.

They have similar personalities I think. Both are laid back and reserved. 16:07 A couple of weeks ago Annie ate a plastic bag. 20:50 Monta don't eat the cardboard! Oh dear.

It’s an absolute shame that Monta has lived most of his life alone. Gorillas are not solitary by nature and it’s too bad they were not able to find another female for him or even place him with a bachelor group. Although, I don’t know about any “political” issues that may exist regarding Monta’s ownership and care. I hope he enjoyed his birthday treats and it helped brighten his day! ☺️🎂🦍

Happy 40th Monta, so glad they made a big fuss of you and I hope your keeper stays with you (and Rola). Loved him getting his presents (he was so careful and neat in opening them! Well the first one anyway 😅) I hope Rola gets some small animal companions, that would make such a difference.

ビニールよりはだいぶマシですが、食べて良いものではありませんよね💦こういうエンリッチメントを一度も受けたことがなかったということが垣間見れる瞬間でした🙂↕️翌日のモンタは平常だったようですが…一応、世界ゴリラの日の看板には、園は「健康には細心の注意を払う」とあるので、健康に影響がないか園には注視していただきたいです。さっちゃんさん、ご視聴・コメントありがとうございました。
