Hello, I thought your video was excellent. I already liked and subscribed. 😊 I will move to Tempe in September; my son is at ASU. I have seen several one-bedroom apartments, but what scares me are the reviews. It seems like they all have a lot of problems with property management. Is this true? Could you tell me if E Baseline Rd is a good place to live? Thank you, and I am sorry for such a weird question.

Hey! It's really hard to find a perfect rating for a rental apartment in any city. Baseline Rd spans many miles, but I assuming you mean the Tempe portion only. Which in that case you're looking at the central Tempe Neighborhoods which is a fantastic place to live. Hope this helps! & Best of luck on your move. I’m also a realtor in Scottsdale. It’s a really fascinating city. What I like about this town out of them all it’s very big. The south and middle part of the city is very touristy and there’s plenty to do (old town/ fashion square/Talking stick) people think Scottsdale is this town only for wealthy people and nothing is affordable, but it still gear towards the middle class also. Then when you go further north, that’s when you get expensive real estate and it’s more quiet and you have a lot of beautiful scenery with the mountains and deserts and the kierland commons/Scottsdale quarter are very great shopping experiences for everyone with no shortage of popular and high end restaurants too 💜

I moved to Laveen before the Frys was built. I remember when they started building out here, we were so happy. (But now it's a bit crowded... but it's doable.) The area has gotten a huge face lift for sure but i do miss the good ol farmland days. The laveen BBQ is fun as well, try attending
