There is a problem with the gimbal or camera at 4:05-4:20. The image freezes and jumps during the transition from right to left. In other words, it progresses frame by frame. Other than that, it’s a nice video

So Ms Hernandez when you say the rear landscape is not included in the price, it sounds like the 1.5 mil is a base price, is that correct?

Hello, correct the Base Price starts at 1.5M and typically most new construction homes will not include a landscaped backyard. They may offer an optional landscape package and this would be an add on to the base price. I hope this helps! Please reach out if any additional questions

It is an Arizona thing or generally speaking homes with big front yards and nice weather will typically take advantage of those two things and pull the lounge chairs out!
