Gorgeous watch! Looks amazing! I’m looking at the two tone version, but the solid gold is tempting. Yes, the immediate resale value on pretty much any of the precious metal Rolexes aren’t as good as the steel versions. But really who cares if you plan to wear it for years/decades and enjoy it.

I thought that looked a little lush for Dubai! It's nice to see a simple SS Rolex still looks good on you Sometimes we forget we can take a step back and enjoy a cheaper watch than the last one So with that said where's my Moonswatch! 🙂

Love this piece. I picked up the bi-metal version from the AD window as I was passing by this month. But the full yellow gold is something else. I have tried it on at an AD abroad - they had 3 available to buy from the window. With the tax saving it would have been £30,000 rather than £34,000 RRP but still a bit out of my budget sadly - maybe one day!

Beautiful watch case. Unfortunately, prices have risen explosively over the last years. I once had the Louis Vuitton "Cotteville 40 Trunk", also with these brass parts such as the lock and the corner plates, but they oxidized very quickly as soon as I removed the plastic protective films. Is this the same with the Goyard “Joux 6 Watch Case”?
