That’s my grail watch. Really looks nice on the wrist. Unpopular opinion: I think the aquanaut is one of the underappreciated of all Patek watches. Prefer this to the Nautilus, which is very overhyped.

Hey mate - just got allocated this last week. What a watch! Do you have a gap on the clasp when you fold it over? I seem to have like a 1mm gap. Great channel by the way.

No, I don’t have a gap. You might wanna take it to a Patek store where they have an in house workshop, and get their advice. I know the one in london has an in-house workshop.

Nice watch mate! Do u paste protective films on it? If not, how well does it cope with hairline scratches from daily office usage?

No I haven’t put a protective film on it. Generally it’s not to bad, as white gold is harder wearing than the other gold colours. However it’s has picked up a few scratches. Maybe a protective film is something I should try.

I've never heard of this concept; you put it over the case or crystal? Is that a professional application? Does it look ok? I'm just imagining a newly purchased watch with all the plastic on it.

@@_taxman_ you can google protective films for watches. Basically it’s like screen protectors for phones. 1 popular brand is RX. Yes it is professional applied on by people who sells it.
