This tutorial does not help beginners from beginning to end on how to use it and the software step-by-step that is needed. All KZbin channels are failing to show this. They go right into the drawing without how to get to that point so that you can draw as well

Are you talking use of Photoshop? Or the use of the tablet? I cover a lot in my reviews. Unboxing, install of drivers, overview of the unit with drawing demo and opinion based on use. If you are looking for a beginners tutorial on drawing on Photoshop…I have that on my channel. Look at my videos…I am thorough. List what you want to see in a video…I am pretty sure I cover a wide gamut of information.

Thanks for the video. Is the display soft or really sharp? Because the display has a touch screen. Just like the SLS, which you also have. Because the display on the SLS is really good. Is the brightness of the display high enough to work with in bright environments? How is the display of the HU compared to the XP (which you also tested recently)? Which of the two displays is sharper? On which display, HU or XP, is the pen performance better/finer? Which key dial is better in terms of handling, settings and range of functions; the HU or the XP? Who has the better setting options for the display, pens and key dial; the HU or the XP? How well does the so-called desktop/quick menu (6 functions) work? It was briefly shown twice in your video.

been debating on getting a new bigger tablet. Had looked at Wacom as I know its so expensive and they're in States so they can do repairs if needed. Xp-Pen and Huoin are cheaper but its a few kids and an arm to get it repaired as their repair shop is somewhere in China. (my xp-pen 24's c port board broke 2 and half yrs later after getting it. was told by them im better off buying a brand new 24 one than shipping for repairs.) Xencelabs, a bit high priced but they're also local in the States, just in another city than Wacom is at in Washington. (not d.c.) Pretty sure they could do repairs too in States. It's what I have been looking at mostly when searching for a new pen display. I just might go for Xencelabs as my new pen display. Your videos are very well in-depth and helps in making a huge decision. Thanks for the review of this pen display, mate!

Michael, excellent review as always! A question: on several reviews it was pointed out that the display appears somewhat soft due to anti glare treatment of the glas. What is your impression - is this a potential problem, or is this something one barely notices while working with it (unless one „wants“ to notice it)? I ˋm on the fence about this one - it seems to check all boxes, might well be the ideal compromise between size and mobility, and the pen tech seems to have caught up to Wacom EMR. The only potential hang up I can imagine is this softness issue. Would be very much interested in your take on this!

@@pixelpusher1393 I accept a degree of fall off due to the screen etching. I have been drawing on a screen with anti glare for so long…and I apply paper like to everything I use. Not an issue for me. But…if that is a hang up then I would definitely keep that in mind. It is an epic machine. A bit better than I lead on. It is really one of the best so far. M

@@penholder7765 this has a more premium feel overall. Better display calibration for professionals, less driver issues. However, the 8192 levels of pressure is half of the XPPen unit. You can feel that in the drawing experience. However, the Xencelabs is a professional machine. Only time will tell how they perform. I am reviewing the 165hz unit soon from XPPen. So stay tuned! M

Thanks for the video and the great drawing. Does the chair still work well? How are the wheels on this chair? Do the armrests hold up well? What is the overall quality of the chair after all this time? Is the chair only for short people or also for tall people?

Great chair overall. Big and small people fine. Wheels and arm rests are great. No wear yet. I use it every day. My only complaint is the leg rest. It is weird. Just not great for me. I would not add it. Other than that…epic unit!

Thanks for the video and the information. I didn't like the way the table wobbled. I hope there will be a second video/update (after a while) to see if there are any problems with the table. Especially because of the motors, the mechanics and the electronics.

Thank you for this review, it is the most informative one I've seen! I'm quite torn on getting this because of the processor and the fact that it uses Android 12 with no system update planned. Would you say it's still holding up and handling large files well almost a year in / are you still enjoying using it overall?

It has had no issues and actually gotten faster. It has had 3 updates since I got it(presumably from XPPen). Love it! Draws wonderful. Great batter life as well. M

hello, thank you for this nice review! I own the 24 pro 165Hz, the drawing quality with the new pens is great and the large black edges are comfortable to rest my arm on. Unfortunately, I'm thinking of returning it because of the blurriness of the display. The lettering and various software context menus are hard to read and after a few hours of use my eyes hurt. Is the 4K version blurred as the 165Hz one? Can you see it sharp ? I contacted xp-pen but they dismissed me by telling me to look at the specifications on their official site. A reply from you would be a great help! thank you

My S Pen nib wore out in no time and for me personally it's too thin I regularly get cramps from holding it right, it feels more comfortable if I turn it but then I can't reach the button. I passionately hate the S Pen.

I've bought several XP Pen monitors, every one has problems with pen accuracy. Is the pen accurate around the borders? Did you have to calibrate after rebooting etc? Stuck between this and the Kamvas 19 Pro, but REALLY would prefer this one for the larger screen.

So far I have been pretty happy. I am still evaluating the unit. Screen is epic. I always calibrate. Yes…I also have had some issues with edge accuracy. That happens on my Huion, XPPen and Wacom. I guess there is always something. They make a 165hz version as well. Maybe that helps. I may try and review that one as well. M

mmm…I believe the Wacom Cintiq pro 24 is $2200. That’s 1100 more than the XPpen unit. I could buy 2 XP pen units for that price. Based on new of course. XPpen has much better customer service than Wacom. Personal experience. M

@@ninja-lq4df the 16 pro second gen has better pen tech. Better screen. However, if you can get the 24” pro 2nd gen…go with that. Especially the 4k model. Otherwise…go with the 19 2nd gen if you don’t need a huge tablet. M
