You are so generous to show us this landscape painting from the beginning to the end! I learned more from you in this video, than I’ve learned in the last 3 sessions of a landscape painting class I am taking. Thank you so much. I liked hearing your family in the background.

Great to see, Sir. Acrylic or Oil, which is your preference - I started watching you when you did the former, now you've moved on? Interesting comment to make on the water mixables, is that related to your high temperature ?
@GebahiArtworksКүн бұрын
Thank you!! No, I haven’t moved on from acrylics, just felt like using oils that particular day., Lol !! No, temperature has nothing to do with the paint itself, it’s just I knew was going to asked the question down the road about WMO’s it was just a fun fact to keep in the back of your mind!

Hi I wish I could do your style of painting as I paint only from my imagination and I truly did not even know that people used photographs. I know this will sound weird to you but it true. And I was so shy to even show my paintings to the framer. Then I did a made up monkey my style and the framer told me to enter it into the art show. I was totally flabbergasted when I won. I still want to learn what you do as its hard always thinking up paintings as I really did not know you could copy from photos. So thanx you can paint much better than I can

Help 😅
@GebahiArtworks19 күн бұрын

Thank you so much Cathy!! It’s hard not getting into details, isn’t it! That’s why I try to break it down for you to keep it simple. Not everything has to be in the painting, only what catches your eyes and helps the painting!

do you need to be careful about used rugs that were used to wipe brushes? do u have to store them in air tight container? what do you do with left over water? Do those water mixable oils smell bad?
@GebahiArtworksАй бұрын
No, you don’t have to worry about them, you can keep using the rags until no longer viable! I throw the container away, I always have empty bottles around, and the WMO don’t smell! Not to me at least!
