This paddle is very understated, should be heard more. Kevlar surface is the trend now, I own a Kevlar blend paddle, I believe pure carbon fiber has its own benefit, which is crispy and responsive feel. A lot of people are after power, but to most of us, a balanced paddle leaning to control and being forgiving is all we need, X4 is such a paddle, it doesn't excel in any category but still in top tier of power, control, spin and sweet spot except I wish the pop could be a little more but it's double-edged sword, too much pop hurts control. A good feature of this paddle, often neglected, is that it's very stable with least vibration, maybe due to 11-layer construction. The quality is excellent. The cover is the best I've seen, faux leather with fleece lining. The paddle is a little heavy but in good way, very solid feel, you can see the quality in details from the surface, edge guard to handle. After 2 months of playing, it doesn't lose much of the spin, the paint of the logo doesn't even chip any little.

Many great concepts here, but this conservative target idea is fine for when you are in trouble, but not ok for when you have a chance to do more with the shot. You must account for some returns are better looks than others. Pros are not using the target you suggest and then getting that spread.

In 2019,I had a horrible intense debilitating pain in my (middle) hamstring area. Doctor after doctor after doctor could not diagnose, since nothing at all showed up on x-ray or tests. I finally found a Neuro therapeutic massage guy, that helped me physically reduce a small fraction of the pain, via hands on massage. He then told me to never, EVER do squats again. (I had been going to the gym and doing body pump quite often and squatting almost chance I had) I love doing those and I wanted strong legs. So the thought of stopping was sad to hear. But my pain level was a 10 and life was unbearable. Has anyone else had anything at all similar to this happen to them ??? I'm at a loss for any help now. I don't know where to turn. Thank you in advance. 🥺 Please 🙂

Good tip. Saves energy too by avoiding all that jumping up and down!

Great video of a low volley. I agree that for those volleys it is impossible to make with the racquet head above your arm. This is still great technique because you have very little swing, keep the angle of racquet to arm good and your wrist is laid back to block the shot. I have had success hitting this way but I try to keep my off hand out more for balance. Your footwork on all those volleys is outstanding, which I think is the key to being a good volleyer.

Excellent. Great technique for all those volleys and half volleys. Interestingly, that very first low(ish) volley is a cool shot that, to me, is not the typical low forehand volley. It's more like a topspin "feed" with a Continental grip. I only see that stroke out of very good players. The very last volley (off a low ball) is the more typical forehand volley. What *I* wish more pros would teach is the way you take the racket head back behind your hand on the back swings. Seems nobody will look at slow motion video to see how that almost always happens with good volleys.

Yep, it's unbelievable to watch varicose veins fade away into nothing, as the days go by. And talk about forgetting about the pain. Look, it's not for everyone, but Mabel Ridenbel's method can make it happen as long as you're motivated.

Go should go to Unflexal webworkouts if you'd like to learn more about workouts. Good new solutions for everyone I think.
