Hi, I've seen your way on how to get the Ranger net missions but I'm going to tell you this: I've been trying to use this method for but all I receive is an error that says: Unable to find a compatible access point. Confirm SSID settings or move within range of a compatible access point. That what the error I'm getting says which is preventing me from getting the Ranger Net missions and need some help, please? And by the way, this issue is not the only one that is keeping from getting those ranger net missions, the same errors also happen to a HeartGold and SoulSilver gift Pokémon method I learned from this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/n2Snn4qXm9yWaqM too.

It worked with Shadows of Almia and Guardian Signs when i did the same steps. But I have a problem: can´t find both missions of Giratina and Arceus in my save file, as there are only four missions. That means I have 2/3. Do you know what to do?

So I found a place to download blank saves with the ranger net missions but I don’t know how to install them properly. I put them in the save state area and backup area and they are just not appearing so I don’t really know what I’m doing wrong

I just now seen! Thanks for showing me how to do it. I was told they played it further by putting the same ghost girl in a castle or building in Black 2. The ghost ask the player to take the moon Pokemon (from generation IV) and take it to the bridge so she can defeat Darkrai. I think that's what it was.

(Guardian Signs - Europe German) After all this time I tried it with injection this time (Wifi download somehow already didnt work for me)... I have a modded 3ds now, a r4 save dongle, I tried multiple combinations of downloading and flashing the save file. Always injecting into the new acquired save file (download safe file via Checkpoint, upload with SaveDongle, other way around, checkpoint only, savedongle only). SaveDongle flashing ran into issues (jiggling solved that for whatever reason). Flashing the save file using Checkpoint never ran into any issues. Both ways, flashed save files have corrupted missions which ends up in their deletion :( I also tried to run the injected save file using the desmume emulator and see if flashing might be the issue, still the missions didnt work. So I am kinda out of ideas what to try next... I just wanna play the special missions ._.

If the current DNS servers dont work for you, you might also want to try: Primary DNS: 178.62.43.212 Secondary DNS: Leave it as blank aka 0.0.0.0 I just used it today (August 2024) for my Pokemon Ranger Guardian Signs and i was able to download the Ranger Net missions.

Hey, I know this video is old as hell, but it’s the most recent one discussing this topic. I have a Modded 3Ds. Shadows and Guardian Signs are built into it through NDS bootstrap. It is set to Pretendo servers. I try connecting with my iPhone hotspot, using the server in the pinned comment. If the “Maximum Compatibility” setting is OFF, I get a 51099 error code, “Unable to find a compatible access point.” If the setting is ON, I get a 51101 error code, “Unable to connect to the access point.” I’m not entirely certain what any of this means unfortunately, so IDK if I’m on the right track. What do you think my next steps are?

I'm so upset that the regular Pokemon ranger doesn't have this option to connect to wifi. I just grinded the entire game, thank god I still had my Shadows of Almia game..I was running out of options to snag that Manaphy egg ^^;

This doesn't seem to work for me...Got the "Nintendo wifi connection service discontinued" I changed my secondary DNS to the each of the options you displayed, with no luck. I seemed to be able to connect through the connection settings, but not the ranger net search.

It’s crazy how in 2 years, the graphics and mechanics was SO much better. This was the last Ranger game I got to play, so I was in for a surprise after being accustomed to SoA and GS

I just finally reached the Light Temple… it was either early in 2024 or late in 2023, I can’t remember, after having put this off for many years. If anyone finds this video and this comment and has any questions about the Past Missions, feel free to ask and I’ll see what I can do. I’ve played through all three Ranger games and beaten Guardian Signs three times. In the meantime, here’s some tips for this final Past Mission: -Treat this Mission as if there are phases to the route; it’s much easier to practice if you can find a route you like through the sections you’re struggling with first. -In the room with the Togekiss, save yourself the time and capture the other Pokémon while you’re chasing Togekiss down. With enough practice you should be able to take a precise line and corner Togekiss as you’re capturing the other Pokémon, especially if you claimed the Speed Up on the right warp panel path beforehand. -Make sure you claim the Power Up in the second “phase” of this mission as early as you can. The necessary backtracking to claim this early is more than made up for by the improved captures on stuff like Blissey, Forretress, and Lucario. -Gallade is probably still the best Pokémon to use for this mission, although a maxed out Lucario can also work against Arceus as well as the Togekiss. However, as there are a handful of Pokémon before the boss that resist Fighting, it may be to your benefit to temporarily bring a secondary Partner with you to practice difficult sections that are preventing you from actually reaching the boss. Absol works great against the Ghost Pokémon, and Salamence is only resisted by Steel-Types. Gallade itself can be found in the final mission on the Dark Temple, with Hariyama being an easier to obtain alternative with less power but faster recovery time when maxed out.
