True story
@janvollgod7221
@janvollgod7221 9 күн бұрын
These are software issues, not hardware problems. The hardware is excellent. I bought the T3 Ultra 2, and everything works flawlessly. Most of the translation bugs are gone. GPS and Bluetooth are stable. In my opinion, you get more than what you pay for-just like with my second watch, the Huawei Watch Fit 3, which I use when going out because it's more sleek. What bothers me about most review channels is that they create the impression that paying more automatically means getting better and more flawless hardware. This is simply not true. I've owned many expensive smartwatches from Amazfit, Apple, and Garmin. The look on your face when you realize you spent $800 on poor design decisions, bugs that never get fixed, and terrible build quality-like a battery dying after just four months-would be priceless. Of course, not every expensive model is bad, but the idea that "expensive = good" and "cheap or budget = bad" is just not accurate. Anything that isn’t hardware-related can be fixed with software updates. Chinese brands mostly struggle with translation issues, which sometimes lead to logic bugs in the firmware. And let’s not forget-all sensors, including those in Apple devices, are made in China. These components cost just a few cents per unit. Everything else is just marketing and ideology. That’s my two cents.

I’m from the uk…but I don’t understand the illegal throttle thing you’ve mentioned. You seem to start talking about it then skirt around it 🤷🏻‍♂️…what does it do? And is it easy to set up?
@nobbysnononsensegearreview8057

If the throttle can be used above 4mph without pedalling it is not UK legal. This bike comes restricted but is easy to unlock. Having a working throttle makes negotiating traffic a lot easier but in doing so you can leave yourself open to over zealous police

I agree that the reviewer has a faulty watch. Mine synced to my Samsung phone instantly and the phone and features have worked flawlessly. Compared to the Samsung Galaxy smartwatch, this one blows it away. Also, the Kospet app does not always run on the watch. You just need to go into the cellphone app to disable it from running in the background. This does not affect the Kospet's usage in any way.

Sorry if I missed it, but is this UK legal? Surely the boost button works in the same way as a throttle to get you up to 15.5mph thus not legal in the UK unless certified by the DVLA like another well known brand has done? Thanks for the video, always enjoy all your content!

It's meant to be legal delivering more power for a minute at a time and you have to be peddaling. I have heard that it will exceed the limits but according to engwe it's a loophole.

Nice review! I have the OneWind 11' with the separate bug net. It's really cumbersome and I've been thinking about getting this one, with the integrated bug net. The one thing that bothers me about it, and it's something that you pointed out, is that the bug net can only have the zippers on one side. I am constantly having to reach under both sides and adjust the under quilt, and this bug net would make that very difficult to do.

i have the engine x, which has 38ah of battery and a lot done to it. my original choice was the L20 cadence ebike but was out of stock everywhere. by the looks of things i would be better off with the cadence rather than the torque sensor L20, shame really as i like the idea of pulling away without having to use throttle which i have to with my engine x but i have lots of inclines and hills where i live so it would be a waste of time. ☹️

I had one and had to send it back, I had it paired with a IPhone SE 2nd Gen , pairing no problem but GPS was crap, failed to record cycling routes on occasions and when it did, showed my average speed at 100+ mph, when it did record a ride it was not the full ride and then took hours to sync to my phone to view my route and stats. Shame because the watch felt quality and comfortable. Customer service were very good though and offered a full refund with postage without fuss.

What you said about peddling l had been feeling the same way, but because l had a hip replacement last year and was told not to partake in any leg and hip centering hobbies or work, well as l was retiring at 66 last year, l certainly wasnt looking for work. I decided this year to get a bike, l had been on n off em from being a toddler, as a ten year old and up to leaving school in 1972 at 15 the last batch to do so before 16 was compulsory, my mate Dave and l used to make our own bikes out of bits of others peoples scrapped bikes, a frame here, a wheel from somewhere else brakes we had had a while, handlebars made by my grandad big chopper type or wide bull horns, etc, my first job on leaving school was at lCI as a Lab boy and involved riding a 3 wheeler bike it had 2 wheels at the front and in between them a large wooden platform and rear wheel, for carrying large brown ribbed for strength bottles called Winchesters, usually acetone and sulphuric acid l transported those and plastic extrusion filled test tubes,, but big test tubes, did that for 6 months until the labs were merged in cost cutting drive l was new and the other lab boy had been there 8 months longer so he got the job l was offered work on the internal mail system but got bored in a few days and found other work, so l biked still on n off for years then got to my 40s and never had the time nor the inclination if truth betold, after the hip replacement and retirement l got soooo bored then this year l thought id try an ebike tho many tried to dissuade me the roads are to full, you wont live youll be flaattened by a lorry etc, but l got one and when l tried riding it sans assist l thought whoa no chance far to hard, then l tried it with and that was it. Ended up with 4 lol, now after a few months refined it down to 2 bikes an SX- 250 S4 and a newly acquired two days ago Evercross EK 30 bike, the Eskuta was £1700 and worth every penny and the Evercross in a sale £661 which if id got first would haave been my only bike its fantastic. Super powerful for a 250w brushless motor, and looks like a cafe racer bike.
