just purchased this bike! But after mounting it, the handle just won’t stay straight! It immediately bends about 40 degrees to the right. I’m thinking of returning it due to this! And it’s soo sad because I actually like the bike

There is an Allen key you can see when the handle bar is folded. Also check the tension on the Allen bolts on the bars

@nobbysnononsensegearreview8057 Thank you for the response. Your review is actually why i bought the bike in the first place. I have tightened what you're talking about. The issue doesn't seem to be the account handlebar as it is steady enough but the actual stem as you have already suspected may be the problem. Even when i tightened that friction seems to turn the handle bar. I even tested this by putting the front wheel in between my legs and it twisted which should be the case surely?

I would tighten that screw a lot and make sure all the quick releases are as tight as can be. Failing that get on to hitway. I tightened mine a lot but I'm very heavy handed

No, not legitimate. Even if several EC directives apply to a product and each require a CE marking, you can only affix a single CE logo. See your handlebars. Secondly: The nameplate, like the CE mark, must be visibly, legibly and permanently attached. The font size of the nameplate must be at least 6pt (2,117mm height), which is not the case. The CE mark must be at least 5mm high, which should be the case here. Furthermore, the nameplate and CE mark are made of paper and are not abrasion-resistant and easily replaceable. Yes, the marking must correspond to the environmental conditions of the product, but when it rains it softens and can be easily damaged, also questionable. The CE mark and the nameplate are mounted on the handlebar and not on the frame, may be permitted but is questionable. In the declaration of conformity, the bicycle is described as an electric bicycle but its function must be clearly defined as an EPAC (Electrically Power Assisted Cycle). Furthermore, the declaration of conformity must contain a sentence in which it is expressly stated that the Pedelec complies with all relevant provisions of this directive and, if necessary, a similar sentence in which the conformity with other directives and/or relevant provisions to which the Pedelec complies is declared (not available) it only explains that the documents were created under your own responsibility. So it's possible that this is allowed in the UK, but I can hardly imagine it; in any case it's not allowed in the EU.
