@@PetrolHeadGuys147maksud saya dicoba pake kunci mobilnya. Di pintu kiri depan itu, ada lubang kunci untuk buka pintu depan kiri itu saja. Kalau memang dg kunci tidak bisa jg, terpaksa harus buka seperti video yg sy kasih di komen sebelumnya. Yg bakalan sulit, nantinya adalah ketika menarik bagian depan door panel

Kalau menurut sy, better pake extra fan orinya om. Fan model di video ini menurut sy hanya sebagai supporting saja, aliran anginnya kalah kencang dibading orinya. Kayaknya copotan extra fan m50/m52 harganya masih dibawah 2 jt om. Dinamo electric fan di m43 sy malah pake dinamonya m50.

I think the chain is held by the lower tensioner rod. try to slightly shake the tensioner rod while slightly pulling the chain

Great video, this helped a lot with my install, if you guys have trouble holding the brake pedal down I managed to wedge a 2’ level from the seat to my he pedal then used the down motion on the seat to give it enough pressure for me to work with. Hope that helps too.

Sudah pasang, namun aliran udara masuk tidak maksimal masuk karena fan tidak menempel ke radiator. Aliran udara bocor ke segala sisi jarak antara fan dan radiator. Kalau kedua kipas nyala bersamaan mungkin tidak terlihat efeknya, karena fan bawaan sudah sangat powerfull. Tapi efek penambahan extra fan sudah cukup lumayan membantu. suhu cepat turun. Tapi pemaksangan kurang maksimal saja. Saya menggunakan switch dan sensor radiator terpisah/ tidak ikut jalur AC. Kalau yang nyala hanya extra fan saja, udara tidak tembus ke belakang radiator. Mau coba buat tutup melingkar/shroud supaya aliran udara masuk lebih maksimal.

Menentukan bagian yg mananya agak tricky ya om. Kanan dan kiri sama2 ada sensor ketinggiannya. Selain itu yg kerusakan bisa berasal dari fuel indikator di instrument clusternya sendiri sudah error. Cek jg sikring dan kelistrikan. Tetapi kalau mau gambling, bisa mengganti yg fuel level sender ini, kalaupun salah prediksi, anggap saja sekalian peremajaan part. Pada akhirnya keputusan balik lg ke omnya

@@Brocco-rc2dz belum pernah mengalami kasus seperti itu mas. Untuk sekedar sharing: naik turun suhu tdk berfungsi sepertinya berhubungan dg modul AC nya sudah error. Kompresor tdk mau cut off biasanya berhubungan dg sensor evaporatornya sudah error. Dengan catatan, seluruh komponen per-AC-an masih normal dan tidak ada yg dijumper

@@Brocco-rc2dz modul AC e36m43 itu modul yg sy bongkar ini mas. Kalau sensor evap, ada di sisi penumpang depan dibawah dashboard. Liat aja dibawah dashboard, nanti ada konektor dg 2 kabel warna coklat dan putih, di ujung satunya ada bagian yg dimasukin/ditancepin ke ruang evap.

In my previous E36 I had problem with AC control freezing up. I had to turn ignition off and on again, so it will reset.. I replaced the module with one from junkyard. I still have the old module, maybe one day I fix it. But I suspect it's CPU problem. Then I can't to anything

In my m3 sedan this would start happening to the rear doors and it became really annoying. My advice to anyone who’s scared to perform what’s needed to be done like he has done in the video because there is no other way around it, you must remove the door panel from the inside like he is showing and it is a little painful to do and watch lol. If you are patient maybe you can wait and get lucky like how my car would act so that you can avoid butchering the door panel. For example In the winter time the rear door locks of my sedan would jam and the doors remained sealed all season. But when it came time to summer time and the inside of the car became sizzling hot, every now and then you could here the actuators begin to work and the locks would resume normal operation 😂 for someone looking for a Hail Mary maybe this information could prove useful to you….otherwise follow the steps shown here if all else fails! Ps. I never fixed it I sold that car for wayyy too cheap 😢, it also had bad hvac bender door motors so no air would pass rhru the vents unless it got also really hot inside the cabin and it miraculously would begin to blow cold air. I didn’t feel like pulling a dash either. The head was also cracked causing the car to overheat in summer when using this half asses ac that only blew air out the window vents if you were lucky, and the icing on the cake was it was automatic but now all of these problems sounds like Childs play to me. I regret selling it because the paint and interior was perfect. I’ve never had another e36 m3 come close to matching this level of cleanliness. For even then 5k sounded to cheap for a car that was show room clean with 150k miles.
