Another guy literally did the same mods, you need some low profile mudflaps, you can get some nice aggressive looking carbon fiber ones. Just search s3 mudflaps

Drift mode = corner torque vectoring, inner wheel stops pushing, so easy cornering on roundabouts etc.

Yeah for sure the "most bang for your buck" performance car. Spec wise, it's performance is similar to the entry 911 Carrera. Probably need a 911 Turbo S or GT3, M3, etc to get away from it.

Audi lied about the rear wheel drive, 100% power to either rear wheel in this car. We can clearly see it isn’t rear driven…ever. I almost didn’t buy this car

I never ever heard Audi saying 100% to the rear ever. Bias is 60/40. As per making the rear kickout, it's something you learn. Not going to happen on that RS3 because it's a haldex 2x2, not a real Quattro.
