Using most sliders is a tactile experience, that in itself is satisfying. Many sliders make a clicking sound which can be satisfying to hear. In some, and I think many cases the clicking will become annoying to others. So yes, the sound can also be a satisfying part, but you have to weight that against annoying your friends / family. So, I guess the answer is, it depends.

It uses neodymium magnets. Good luck making your slider!

Very interesting design. Better then the one button one you showed before because this one you must flip the fidget before clicking again. I appreciate fidgets with multiple movements like this.

Interesting slider designs. I know there are 2 and 3 click sliders out there with either a 2x3 or 2x4 magnet array, but I've been wondering about a 3x4 or 3x5 array. If other designers haven't done it because there are too many magnets or if they are just sitting on the idea until it's necessary.

Thank you. The most I've seen is 3x3 slider on Etsy. It's called the mesh slider. There's a video showing how it works.

hey man, im looking at 10 mm thick ptfe tape for my slider, you think thats too thick?

I'm assuming that you mean width and not thickness. 10mm is just under .5 inches. It's similar in size to the smaller roll of tape in the video. It should work find if you use multiple rows to cover the bottom.

Thanks for your nice review.. i bought the UHMW tape. imported it from amazon US to The Netherlands hahah.. could have bought the PTFE instead from amazon The Netherlands would have bin a better option. Still i wanted to experience both for my self.. i don't have a magnus slider yet but i'm looking / thinking of getting the 3-click toad from him i would have preferred the robo to be honest but hearing you and others talk about the toad i'm starting to come around. Thanks again for your nice vid , i found it really helpful.. Greatings from The Netherlands.

I am inspired Magnus, there no question he makes an amazing slider, but after using his for a while, I found there were several things I wanted to change. I purchased other brands and couldn’t find one that worked in a way that I wanted. So, I designed my own based on the functions I thought I should have. Excuse me What is the sticker inside the slider? Can you share the tape to buy?

The green sticker is painters tape. The other tapes are PTFE and UHMW. I no longer recommend the green painters tape. I would recommend the PTFE.

Are they offering sleeve or sheat to protect the slider? I would be afraid to scratch it !

Depends, the outside is titanium. It's pretty tough. I think it would be okay in a pocket or bag. The sliding plates are now being made out of teflon. They won't scratch up like the zirconium did. But, to answer your question, no they don't come with anything to protect it.

Hello, That recipe came from the spreadsheet at this link. goo.gl/NQv9Ae To get the highest level of defense, you'll want a high effect tier of 45 based on that chart. So, for example you could cook, (1) Armored Porgy, (3) Ironshrroms. Then use the remaining slot for a food that increases time duration, like a bird egg, goat butter or milk. Another recipe with the same effect, but a longer duration would be (2) Iron Porgy's, (1) [Amoranth or IronShroom] then use the remaining two slots for time increases, like Goron spice or a bird egg.

For a hearty potion you could use (5) big radish that would give you 25 extra hearts. (5) regular radish would give you 15 extra hearts. Durians give you 4 hearts each so you can mix and match.
