I thank this program for your support almost 14 years ago when I loss my 27 year old daughter on the 60 freeway off Day Street when the car she was driving was first hit by a big rig hopefully to this day nobody ever made a stand of the hit and chances are that driver didn't know that they struck her throwing her into the lane next to the divider which she then couldn't restart the car and her biggest mistake was when she exit the car went to the front passenger of the car and was then struck by another utility truck going at a fast speed and drug her body 100 ft. She left behind 4 children the oldest 8 1/2, years old and youngest 18 months old, because of the first driver we were able to get Victims of Crime that helped me with my daughter's funeral expenses.

This is nothing like what I'm experiencing. If they have the burden of proof, why did the judge already declare that there is enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, defendant is guilty at the preliminary hearing? Also, my Public Defender doesn't even talk to me nor do anything to strengthen my stance. And I'm really not guilty of this, I have video proof of my innocence nut they won't release it until the case is over....does this seam strange to anybody else besides me?
