I changed to 14 a while ago but never learned wheelies . Just starting to learn again now. But did you notice a difference in top speed ? I use mine to commute to work too and want the 15 back in for the speed . Was learning clutch ups hard on the 15 for just regular wheelies ?

only downside t ocruisers is they have a low redline. They're not sportbikes, mine tops out at 8500rpm. Most other bikes are just getting started at that rev.

What, no windshield or floorboards? Get yourself on a bagger! BTW, I started at 16 on a 1971 360 Yamaha Enduro with universal tread tires. It was street legal and capable to ride on or off-road...

I have never been one of those people who explains things well, especially conveying an action. You did a great job of explaining the mechanics and what to feel, now I just need a Grom to practice.

Thanks for the review. Was looking at the website and thought it was a little sketchy, but the social media and test videos looked fire, just their website didnt have any reviews.

how did you learn to steer. My wheelies are always going sideways, cant keep it for long.
@Kawagromba
@Kawagromba Жыл бұрын
A lower rear tire pressure helps, I typically would run 14-15psi. But as far as purposely steering wheelies I found that putting pressure on one side of the seat in the direction you wanna go, kind of like hanging your butt off to one side will help. I know a lot of people will turn the bars and kind of twist the body to swerve but that always seemed sketch to me so I never learned that 😂
@monirulalam1035
@monirulalam1035 Жыл бұрын
so the butt hanging works only when the bike is high enough right ? I also get arm pump on my hands , what could be the reason for it? Am i not getting it to enough height ?
@Kawagromba
@Kawagromba Жыл бұрын
Exactly, if you’re chasing it still it’s not gonna be as easy to steer. As for the arm pump you could be pulling too much and or gripping too hard and holding yourself up or forward in a way. In an ideal world it should all be very relaxed, and let the bike do the work. After you yuck it up at least 😆
