This is really, really bad analysis for coaches and young player .. There are obviously some exceptions to the don't jump to pass rule, that can be taught as players progress, and sure hall of fame Chris Paul can highlight the exceptions. But most players, and especially most young players should absolutely stick to this rule. Why would you leave the floor and give up all your options when you don't need to. Not doing this is absolutely a major cause of unnecessary turnovers . Staying on the floor to pass is a basic skill, just like dribbling with your head up, that needs to be taught early, and then sure when you are an NBA all star you can break the rule as needed . ( I played at every level and currently coach HS)

So simple and it allows the wing player to get downhill with good floor space. Thanks for this!

How can ANYONE consider him anywhere near the GOAT as many documented times he's quit on his teams! LeBron James is an obvious manufactured star, Curry is the real star because he championed a Dynasty on the "goat😂" watch who actually takes real goats to parties.😂😂😂lol

It’s pathetic all they have to do is lockdown on defense and they could’ve at least tied the series but he just gave up but since he has 40,000 points for his career, they want to consider him the goat. And that doesn’t make you anything it’s the things you do to help your team win and that’s what separate Jordan from LeBron James Jordan would’ve never given up on his team. He would’ve kept playing defense and kept scoring not complaining to the refs and staying back and not playing defense at all.
@editorodriguez65544 ай бұрын
There’s a story that Bill Winton talks about with the bulls were down 20 points with three minutes left and they thought the winner lose that game and Jordan just took over because he was not going down and not only did They win the game but the Bulls won by 10 that is what the goat does for your team not quite like this joke of a player That has done it countless times and this is the role model that everybody wants to follow as there goat It’s just pathetic.

But I thought he said he makes the right play every single time? Or is that just for offense allegedly? Maybe defense doesn't count. You know what sucks is that we are gonna have to listen to him talk even after he retires, because I'm sure the NBA will do an override for the hall of fame to happen the following year since Lord Voldewart aka the commish will be starving for the LeBabbi ratings.

He’s been doing this throughout his career. This isn’t anything new. It is why he has so few all defensive team accolades compared to the hype about his defense from his fans and himself. He doesn’t really want to compete . He wants to be assured that he has the best chance to win by nature of the league directing officials to call plays involving him in a favorable (to him) way whenever they can. What other high profile player can go through 5-6 games and have a total of only 2 fouls called on them and then have the audacity to be the chief complainer to the officials?
@cycleoflife5658 ай бұрын
Absolutely no one in the post game media ever asks him about his half assed defensive effort and the perpetual whining to the officials. Why does he get a pass from the media?

You guys have to stop calling a guy the 🐐 just because he’s your favorite player. What is that 🤷♂️ You just pointed out ONE VALID reason why LeBRONZE🥉🥉is ❌NOT❌ the greatest player of all time. Here are several more. First off LBJ has LOST 8 CHAMPIONSHIPS. 6 FINALS 🧹🧹& 2 on Team USA 🥉🥉 That’s way too many Championship LOSSES to be the 🐐 And he has a LOSING Finals record of 4-6🧹🧹This is enough to eliminate ANYONE from the 🐐debate. Plus the 🐐can not have LOST MORE than he’s WON. I really can stop right here but let’s continue. 1. He’s the all time leader in TURNOVERS. He even has more turnovers than guys that have more assists than he does. Also this shoots down you saying he’s the smartest on court player and people saying he has a high basketball IQ 😂 Because a turnover is what? A MISTAKE! So if LBJ has made more mistakes than everybody in NBA history how can he possibly have a high IQ and be the smartest player? It doesn’t make sense. One IDIOT said he had a high IQ and people ran with it but it’s NONSENSE 💯 2. He's about to pass Kobe and become the all time leader in MISSED SHOTS 3. His free throw shooting is below average including 5 seasons in the 60.0% range and he’s never shot 79.0% from the line even once in his whole career. And his HIGHEST season percentage is still lower than MJ's LOWEST. Plus 10.0% lower career wise. 4. He's been outscored in the Finals 7 times. Dirk, Tony Parker, Wade, Bosh, Jason Terry & KD twice. MJ NEVER! 5. Steph built a DYNASTY on his back while MJ🐐 stopped multiple HOFers from getting a ring. 6. LBJ has NEVER won a championship without SUPER TEAM HOPPING and picking his own teammates. And if not for SUPER TEAMS we wouldn't even be having this discussion. Check the timeline. 2003-10 Before Super Teams 1 Finals Appearance 🧹 2011-23 After Super Teams 9 Finals Appearances See what I mean? - So it's safe to say if he would've had a traditional career like all the guys he's being compared to based on the pace he was on from 2003-10 with NO SUPER TEAMS he would've made it to 2 or 3 more Finals AT BEST. Definitely NOT 9 more! It's crazy that people don't even factor this in. LBJ has picked his own teammates 3 times while nobody else in 🐐 discussions has. That's not even a fair debate. SMH 7. He's had more HELP than everybody in NBA history. 8. He flops and his defense is nothing to brag about. 9. At times throughout his career he's been hesitant to take the last shot. 10. His motto is LOSE & RUN to a new team which shows he's not a true competitor but a quitter. 11. He's only led the league in something twice in 21 seasons. Assists and scoring. MJ has 13 times. 10x scoring and 3x in steals. Plus won DPOY 12. He only played a full season once. MJ🐐 did it 9 TIMES. Even at 40 years old. 13. He quit on the Lakers in the playoffs against the Suns when they were getting blown out 105 - 73 and went to the lockers with over 5 minutes left in the game. 14. He only gets stats because he plays 2 positions. PG on offense (assists) and SF on defense. (rebounds) If he played the same position on both ends like everybody else does one of those stats would decrease significantly. But at the end of the day Lebron has done some great things but you have to remember he accomplished them because of SUPER TEAMS. Like I said earlier if he would've had a traditional career and stayed on the pace he was on from 2003-10 with no SUPER TEAMS, the same way his Finals appearances decrease significantly a lot of his stats and records go away as well because instead of 9 deep Finals runs where he racked up stats, records and rings he'd have a lot of 1st & 2nd round exits and some no playoffs at all. In other words he's not at 40,000 points right now if he never leaves the Cavs the first time. And like I said earlier 8 Championship LOSSES is way to many to be the Greatest Player of All Time especially when Mike is 11-0 on the Championship level MJ🐐 6 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 NO GAME 7's 4🥇🥇🥇🥇 1🏆 NCAA - LBJ 7-8 4🏆🏆🏆🏆 6 LOSSES🧹🧹 3🥇🥇🥇 2🥉🥉 You guys have to just face it. Lebron is ❌NOT❌ the Greatest of All Time. Nor is he the smartest player.
