Apple and Nutella Pancakes Makes about 10 pancakes Ingredients: 1 apple 1 egg 2 tbsp sugar Pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup milk 200g flour 1 tsp baking powder Nutella for filling Instructions: Peel and grate the apple, In a bowl, whisk together the grated apple , egg , sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Add the milk and stir in the flour and baking powder until smooth. Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add a little vegetable oil. For each pancake, spoon a portion of batter into the pan. Place about 1 tsp of Nutella in the center of each pancake, then cover the Nutella with a small amount of batter. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip it over and cook for another minute or so on the other side. Easy Homemade Cinnamon Rolls Recipe Ingredients: For the dough 600g flour 1 Tbsp active dry yeast 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 300 ml milk 2 eggs room temp 60g butter melted and cooled 3/4 cup heavy cream For cinnamon filling 115 g butter softened 1-2 Tbsp cinnamon 1 cup brown sugar Instructions: Add the flour, dry yeast, and sugar to a bowl of a stand mixer. Mix with a spoon until combined. Add the salt and mix until combined. Add the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cooled melted butter. Start mixing on low until the dough forms. Increase the speed to medium and mix for at least 8 minutes or until the dough is smooth and silky. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise at room temperature for 1 hour or until it’s doubled in size. Punch the dough down and transfer it to a clean, floured surface. Sprinkle flour generously on the dough and roll it into a ¼-inch thick rectangle. Add the softened butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar into a small mixing bowl, and mix until smooth. Spread an even layer of the cinnamon roll, filling with a spatula on the dough. Roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the edges to seal the roll tightly. Use a knife or unflavored dental floss to cut the rolls into 12 even rolls. (about 4 cm or 1.5 inches) Place the rolls in a 9x13-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper, cover with plastic wrap, and let them rise until doubled in size. Start by combining all the wet ingredients in the mixer bowl.Then add in dry ingredients and mix with a dough hook for 3 mins. Cover bowl and let rise for 1-2 hours. 2. Make filling by combining butter, sugar, and cinnamon until a paste forms. 3. Dust surface with flour. Roll risen dough out into a large rectangle. Spread filling on the dough and roll it up. Cut in half lengthwise. Flip cut side up and twist the two halves. Connect the ends to form a ring. Place in parchment lined 10 inch cake pan and let rise for 1 hour. 4. Star Bread recipe Ingredients For the Dough: 1 cup (240ml) warm milk 8g yeast 85g unsalted butter melted 30g sugar 1 egg at room temperature 450g all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt For the fIlling: 100g brown sugar 1 tsp cocoa powder or cinnamon 3 Tbsp unsalted butter melted Instructions Dough: (You can make the dough with a stand mixer or by hand) In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm milk and yeast. Set aside about 10 minutes. Once foamy, add the melted butter, sugar, and egg. Mix well, then add the flour and salt. Using the dough hook, mix on low speed until a dough starts to form. Increase speed to medium-low, and continue kneading until a sticky dough is formed, about 8 to 10 minutes. Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour. Filling: In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and cocoa powder or cinnamon. Mix the dry ingredients In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. 3. Mix the batter Cream together the softened butter, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Thin slices are more flexible and easier to roll. Make sure to microwave the apple slices for about 3 minutes as mentioned in the recipe, or until they're soft but not mushy. You can also simmer them gently in a pot of water for a few minutes instead of microwaving.

Ingredients for the dough: 200 ml warm water 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp yeast 2 cups all-purpose flour (240 g) 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp vegetable oil For the cheese filling: 3-4 tbsp cream cheese 2 cups shredded mozzarella (mix the cream cheese and shredded mozzarella until well combined. Use about 1 tablespoon of the mixture to fill each dough ball) Instructions: 1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir until dissolved. Donuts with Pastry Cream Filling Ingredients for 16 Donuts For the Dough: 140g warm milk 2 Tbsp sugar 2 tsp yeast 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 300g all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt (3g) 25g butter (room temperature) For the Pastry Cream: 1 whole egg 2 egg yolks 1/2 cup granulated sugar 3 Tbsp cornstarch 1/8 tsp salt 1 cup milk 1 cup heavy whipping cream 2 Tbsp unsalted butter 2 tsp vanilla extract Instructions 1. Make the Pastry Cream: In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and salt until smooth and pale, about 2 minutes. Add the milk and heavy cream, mixing well to combine. Pour the mixture into a saucepan over medium-low heat and whisk constantly until it thickens. Remove from heat, then add the butter and vanilla, stirring until smooth, glossy, and thickened. Transfer the cream to a bowl, and cover with plastic wrap pressed directly against the surface to prevent skin from forming, Let cool to room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate until ready to use 2. Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, mix the warm milk, sugar, and yeast, stirring well. Add the egg, flour, salt, and butter. Using a stand mixer with a dough hook, mix at low speed for 3 minutes, increase to medium speed for 6 minutes, then finish at medium-high for 2 minutes or until the dough reaches the windowpane stage. Place the dough in a greased container, cover and let it proof for 1 hour at room temperature. 3. Shape and Fry the Donuts: Punch down the dough and divide it into 16 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place each ball on a small square of parchment paper. Arrange them on a tray, cover, and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. Heat oil to 165°C (330°F) and fry the donuts for 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side, until golden. 4. Assemble: Roll the warm donuts in sugar, then fill them with the pastry cream. Grease and line a baking pan with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and creamy. Add the melted butter to the mixture and beat for another minute. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold them in until just combined. ( or beat just about 10 seconds) Pour in the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until just incorporated. A soft and chewy classic vanilla cookie, it comes together in less than 15 minutes and is a versatile base cookie recipe. Ingredients: 200g unsalted butter at room temperature 150g sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg at room temperature 230 all-purpose flour, sifted ½ tsp salt ½ tsp baking powder sugar for rolling Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350°f / 180°c. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper (you may have to bake these in several batches depending on your tray size. (This cookie can also be made with an electric hand or stand mixer) In the bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and mix to combine. Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder in a small bowl. Add to the mixture and mix until just combined. Place some sugar in a small bowl to roll the dough into it.
