Broccoli Salad recipe
Try this crunchy broccoli salad with fresh veggies, a tangy mayo dressing, and a touch of sweetness from raisins. Perfect as a side dish or a light meal. Quick, easy, and customizable to your taste!
Adjust the amount of each ingredient to your liking
Ingredients:
Broccoli, chopped
Cucumber, chopped
Red cabbage, chopped
Cherry tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp white vinegar
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to taste
Raisins
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cucumber, red cabbage, and cherry tomatoes.
Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar to the chopped vegetables and toss to coat.
Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste.
Mix until everything is evenly coated.
Add raisins and mix well.
