Owned my own business for 14 years and come from a family of entrepreneurs, a standard phrase in the family is "No one will care as much about your business as you do, if it matters you have to do it yourself, everyone else will just treat it like a job and, overall, won't care."

Love the financial responsibilty (knowing your budget) - the US Government could learn a lot from you! Also enjoyed that you just rolled with the cow sounds and the revolving trash can lid ... that core value of keeping it real and not glossed over or manicured is great because that's just the reality of nomadic life on the road ... gotta roll with the bumps. Happiness is the freedom of having a vision and realizing it successfully. Good stuff. 💯

Considering the time/gas/vehicle depreciation and stress. Are they greater than the value of the gained credits? If the credits value is the same as all your costs, your breaking even. Your in business to make a Profit not break even.

Solid analysis and nice color commentary from the bovine beings. On the potential cities for 2025, I just checked out PA on Texas cardrooms and they are multiplying like wild rabbits down there! There are now multiple active rooms across the state, from relaxed clubs to upscale venues that rival the Wynn in decor and other amenities. Lots of promos, including free or discounted hotel rooms. But you would have to switch over to Buc-ee's from Wawa though (35 locations in Texas). 🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇

Could you call them and clarify if it applied to poker specifically?
@pokermudgeon229923 сағат бұрын
As always, you could call them, and you would get an answer, but you'd be no less informed. It's the very definition of hit and miss as to whether any multiplier applies to live poker in practice. The 5X multiplier at Caesars' properties in Vegas near the end of December 2024 applied to live poker for me. I wasn't expecting it to, so overshot my tier level by 800+ TC. The fine print excluded live poker. 🙄
@VegasPokerNomad11 сағат бұрын
Someone will just guess at the answer. No one knows. I used to try to get the information before the promo.

Are there 10 cities that you haven't been to a Baseball game at? Would at least give you some for destinations. Minor leagues could count too. Like the weight goal...in reality likely you'll want to shoot for couple pounds less so that you can attain the month. weight will vary a pound or two just based on water/salt intake. Start the clock the first week you are at 235.8 but then try and get down into the 234 range so the "variance' doesn't foil your goal attainment.

Your traveling poker cities has been good content for the channel. Spending at least 3 days or so in each spot would give you a good feel about how the poker there (players, personalities, room nuances) compares with other places. I felt like you skipped over Oklahoma and New Orleans a little too quickly and spend too much time in Baltimore and northeast.
