the only thing that i would change is the BOS. they are the only faction that has effected the wasteland on both coast i do agree that NCR and Ceaser are strong, probably stronger than BOS but they are only on the west coast at this point.

When I rank these I wouldn't add anything about their morality in there. I am a bias Brotherhood supporter (Ad Victoriam) lol and I get they're morally grey. But they're at the very last a regional powerhouse that would be a wasteland superpower if all the chapters united. Which I think Maxson does do that for the most part. But we don't know the scale of the unity. And the Enclave (I hate those psychos) but they're scale could be scarier considering that they seem to always have remanents everywhere it feels. All of the Enclave encounters we have experienced in the game could be just a fragment of the whole group. Which makes me think what are they waiting for? And that part about them scares me.

The enclave was an regional powerhouse but thanks to the BoS and the fallout 2/3 protagonists they’re just strong now, with few hidden bases like the one we saw in the fallout show Now the east coast BoS is an regional powerhouse, and west coast BoS would be average/strong. Now by the looks of the show the BoS is kind of balancing both coasts, which may end up placing them at wasteland superpower The institute should take the “strong” post, they are extremely advanced but they are extremely isolated, in the end it was easily destroyed by nate and the BoS Raiders in general are all around the country, I think they are an wasteland superpower just because they’re everywhere New Reno is just like freeside, average. The NCR was an wasteland superpower, but due to obvious regional and political instability they kind of fell off, and the nuke was the final hit. What were they expecting? like, making people pay takes on an irradiated apocalyptic wasteland. Now they’re strong or just average

Railroad is just P.E.T.A. ecoterrorists for robots Minutemen… you literally just meet them and they go “hey, you lead us now, 🫡 General, cause I don’t want to deal with this bullcrap.” Institute… absolutely no one is going to side against their child vs inbred strangers they just met. NCR… I loved them, but with the tv show’s nee lore, they’ve pretty much been wiped out. House… with the new tv show lore, Fallout NV House ending is canon, which means his robot army is massive

the second Enclave orbital station you are thinking of is the B.O.M.B Ballistic Orbital Missile Base which was a carry over from Van Buran not many people remember because unless you go looking you never learn the name and just use it to blow up the mobile platform Edit: fun fact in Fallout 76 the Raider faction makes their home in what was going to be a Crashed B.O.M.B however the idea was changed to just be a space station sometime before Wastelanders came out as the remolded space station does not have any insignia on it
