Thank you for this! I’ve worked on my dr for years (got it a little worse after each of my 3 babies) but my hand can still fully plunge into my gap and I thought that I was doing something wrong. Seeing someone so slim and strong still having a small gap makes me feel better.

Sorry to say watching a side view is very hard to follow, and your video would be much better if you were in it also , and no music is boring.

Good Morning i love this video!!! I have done EVERYDAY IN MAY video regularly for about 9mos. I tried the intermediate. It was great! I was able to do just about ALMOST all the positions. I had some trouble with the lifting on the cork screw. And with the neck pull i had to hold on to under my thighs. And with the teaser 1,2,3 i had to really work! Could not do them as smoothly as you did!😅 I'm almost 63 years old and have arthritis throughtout my body. Heres my question: Should I go back to the Everyday In May video or just keep trying with this one daily? I felt really great doing what i could in this intermediate video no pain anywhere! I would live to master this intermediate video! Thank You!😊❤❤❤

Really enjoyed this energetic workout again today! I'm really intermediate, but it's easy to modify or slow down if needed. Great variety and number of moves. Thanks!

I always love your workout would you consider doing an advanced good paste flow Pilates video around the same timing as you do with these, always great stuff. I have had vocal cord surgery, knee surgery and a broken foot in the last two years and as I have been able to press on. Your videos have been part of my daily workout to help me get through everything as a professional dancer, it's been so crazy. I love your stuff and would love to have more.. Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you

May i ask why are you you exhaling through your nose? Just curious. I was taught to inhale though the nose and exhale though the mouth?
@lorraineazzinnari46802 жыл бұрын
I love this explanation, I don’t have any kids but at 50 I have gotten that little pooch in lower abs that no matter how many times a week I work on my core it’s not budging. But I have learned SO much watching the videos you have on KZbin that I am actually noticing a difference but also learning how to actually scoop. My god all these years & all the Pilates and barre training I’ve had I can’t understand how I missed the obvious ♥️🙏I’d love to start a membership on your platform just by those few videos I saw 🙏♥️awesome

Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm a newly qualified Pilates instructor. I was told the Pilates way of breathing is in through the nose and out through the mouth. I might have missed it but did not see you do it? Sorry for pointing it out
@sanjana96282 жыл бұрын
You are right ! She goes too fast even if it's an advance class , if you want a flow you don't have to rush to the exercises and you use transition and most important the breathing in coordination with the exercise. That look like fitness more than Pilates.
@ChannelOfChampions19772 жыл бұрын
@@sanjana9628 thank you for the info. I will unfortunately have to unfolow her. She seems like a very nice lady and good person nut i aim to do Pilates the proper way like Joseph Pilates invented it
