I used to use really cheap bowstring and nothing fixed the rotation. Even if it looked straight, it would be turned at full draw. Ever since I started using high quality bowstring, I haven’t have problems since.

My factory elite strings were not great they where ok but still had peep rotation about a 1/8-1/4 turn as drawing. Winners choice after market may be better

I used to do that, but there is a slight issue with doing that. When you move 2 strands or 3 or whatever from one side to the other, unless you have 2 sets of hands to keep track of which strands you’re moving because they will mix with the other side you’re moving them to and vise versa. Also you stand the chance of breaking strands no matter how good those said strings are.

If you have a press, why would you opt for this rather than a half or full twist? This method is wayyyyy longer.

How does moving even amount of strands in opposite directions solve anything? You still end up with the same amount on both sides The strands you pull over the front twist it back and then the ones you pull around the back turn it right back to where it was.

I separate the string half way between the peep and the top cam and around one strand I tie about 8 over-under knots so I have a ball of thread I can grip with my fingers. You can slide it up or down and it will finely adjust the peep. I like this because if the peep ever starts turning, it’s really easy to fix.

I've been shooting a winner's choice string for 14 years and has not stretched or come apart. I always condition the string to keep it in great shape. Well worth the money.

Why not put a damn bow in a press and teach the viewer that way. Might as well be using a projection screen and shadow hand puppets.

Funny how I end up watching a video on fixing peep rotation on a set of Winners Choice. And half the video is promoting Winners Choice. 🤣🤣🤣

What happens if the strand method moves it further than needed? . My peep is ever so slightly left that moving one strand tweeked it slight right. Ive been using the dloop tweek method but id just like for it to be perfect without. Lol threads have maybe 500 shots on them so they are still like new. 😁
