Is there a mobile app to film on if I were to video using my phones camera?

@podcastnut2 күн бұрын
@@user-tx9pp7mk2p I wasn't referring to embedded clips. I was referring to a strategy called "Clipping," where you take moments from long-form content and publish it as stand-alone content on your KZbin channel.

It really comes down to your situation and unique needs! Podbean undoubtedly has some really cool features, but they are only necessary if you are actually going to use them. Buzzsprout is the easier to use of the two, which a lot of people love. I'd follow your gut; you can always switch later if you don't like the one you went with!

Hi. I've been stressing about this for so long. I want the most USER FRIENDLY one-stop shop option with decent editing and a service where THEY will distribute/syndicate this out with my thumbnail to all the podcast channels.....help?
@podcastnut13 күн бұрын
Any host will give you and RSS feed which will do that! Most hosts don’t offer on platform content editing but I recommend using other software like garage band or audacity anyways. If you’re looking for a simple option id go with Buzzsprout or transistor. You can always switch after so just pick whichever interests you more !

Nice video love the quality, one question just for clarity -- You mentioned podbean doesn't charge for how much content you post unlike buzzsprout, I'm looking to start a podcast for sleep/meditation music which happen to be quite long in length but also quite easy to make, does this mean on podbean I would be able to post multiple 12hr podcasts through them without paying extra per podcast?
@podcastnut28 күн бұрын
Thanks for watching ! That’s correct, it would be the one monthly fee. For that specific use case, you may want to look into transistor or captivate (we have videos on our channels for both). Those are the 3 I would look into for content that long as they all operate on unlimited content uploads

If you’re using music, be careful using Buzzsprout. By default they upload files in mono. Not sure about Podbean.

im having such a hard time to find the right microphone/audio solution for a 6 people just chatting stream (all sitting at a table, live). just had the blue yeti X (omni mode, but modes didnt matter in terms of actual quality tbh) and it is SO so bad, i cant even express how pathetic it is. i even bought another one cause i assumed the first must be broken. it wasnt. we also had a rode wireless ME setup which was okay, but pretty costly (~700€ in total). anyway. do you have any hint which mic i should look into? i feel like there must be a <400€ single-mic-solution to start with on a budget. thanks alot!
@podcastnutАй бұрын
A single mic setup for that many people is tough because it’s unlikely your voices will be going the same direction. I’d research what streamers with the closest setup to what you’re looking for are using.

Good job! Super helpful. Would love to see/hear a side by side comparison between the new Descript/Squadcast platform vs Podcastle and Riverside in 2024 as far as a one-stop shop for recording and editing features vs value for money and ease of use. Keep up the great work champion!

If we have riverside then we need any other tool also like roadcaster? Or not?
@podcastnut2 ай бұрын
Riverside is an online recording platform so it will capture through whatever tools you connect to your computer and activate within riverside !
What caught my attention was the thorough breakdown of essential podcasting equipment and hosting options for beginners. I particularly liked the emphasis on starting with a quality microphone and the practical advice on using free audio editing software like GarageBand or Audacity. As a result, I plan to invest in a dynamic microphone and explore hosting my podcast on Buzzsprout for an easier setup process.

We currently use Spotify for podcasters since we have a video podcast that we also post on KZbin. For more features where do you recommend we go to?
@podcastnut2 ай бұрын
If you’re happy with what you have now, there’s no need to change! But if you’re looking for more, I would figure out which features on the market are really important for you and will move the needle, and then pick the option with the most of them.
