Glad you got to see Shane. Really a good one. My folks were from the 50s and they talked about this movie being really popular and the idea if shane being the hero and making the sacrifice to help the homesteaders but I would always say oh you mean the sod busters and they'd say ha ha very funny

A law is a rule with force. Basically, a law is a force, just like government is compulsion. It uses compulsion and force to make us pay for things like war and threaten us with being locked in a cage if we refuse to pay for their wars. That's why government if it needs to exist should be stripped down to the bone and decentralized to local communities and mutual collaboration. I get the need for a defensive military but property rights are paramount.

It's actually untrue that religion has been the cause of more murder than anything else. The communist revolutions killed hundreds of millions of people, something that was not possible during the ancient holy wars, due to sheer population size. So actually it was Atheists, factually, who killed more people than anything else.

Snow bunnies using white men money though. Something black women don't have Terrible argument
@pejoshy873616 күн бұрын
No. No. No. a small group of black men get the money only in 3 areas basketball, football, rapping that’s it and they quickly sell out to the white woman (for the prestige and attractiveness of being with a white or light skin Latina woman) who want the money. Simple. More than half of the same white woman will divorce them after 5 years all for the money again. Ask Dr. Dre
@michaelk96916 күн бұрын
I will never accept the viewpoint that black people (or any people) should be judged primarily according to their race. It's just wrong! This is what most people do unfortunately. Yes, I am saying many people and especially black women are racist. Dr. Umar sounds like he is racist to me. He speaks of white and black women almost as if they are different species. Using the term "snow bunnies" is not respectful of people as individuals. Please look up what Dr. MLK said about interracial marriage. People do not marry races. They marry (or have relationships with individuals).
@PIForever15 күн бұрын
I disagree, it is impossible for black people to be racist. Racism is a global system practiced by those people who classify themselves as white. The only functional form of racism is white supremacy. There should be no such thing as race, because it serves no constructive purpose. The question is... Why is there?

In case anyone brings up the argument of "Separation of church and state isn't in the Constitution", yes it is. The separation of religion and governemnt can be found in Article Vi, Clause 3 which says "no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to an office or public trust under the United States."

I think everything he is saying is flawed. As a black man, I was a finished product when I left my parents home at 19. Money doesn’t make you a finished product. Your readiness to handle the world makes you a finished product. My father and mother made sure of that. I was finished when I was making $8.25 and in school. I was finished when I started making $100K at 24. I was finished before I met my wife and had a daughter now at 30. The money means nothing. I have no problem with a woman expecting her man to posses the traits and demonstrate his ability to lead her down the right path. I 1000% expect my daughter’s husband to be complete before I give her away to him. It’s non negotiable. But these men have no direction. They are chasing woman when they should be chasing their purpose. My wife doesn’t motivate me do better. My purpose is to be great in everything I do. I didnt and dont need a woman to build me up. Men need to be self motivated. The woman is the result of you succeeding at the purpose. She isn’t the purpose. All that talk about white woman means nothing. The overwhelming majority of black men will marry a black woman. The actions of a handful of black celebrities means nothing.
@Blacknight657717 күн бұрын
Most of what u said was good, but ur wife is suppose to motivate u to be better. She doesn’t have to and u don’t exactly need her to do so, but that’s part of her wifely duties as our wives are there for support and help us rise up. As for being complete, I also disagree with that too. No one is “complete” and no one is perfect. We always grow overtime and get better and better. Unless ur stupid then well that’s on u. For someone to say that, IMO they’re prideful and it could be their downfall if they’re not careful. I’m 32, my wife and I known each other for 8 years and married for 6, and we have one child so far and I wasn’t “complete”. It’s almost like saying how someone says “I’m ready to have a baby” when again no one is truly ready. One more thing, u expecting ur daughter’s future husband to be “1000%” complete is unrealistic and it’s going to cause problems with u and maybe even ur daughter too. Of course u should want them to be ready, but with that mindset ur never going to be satisfied or accept her future husband and always think no one is good for her when that’s “1000%” up to her to decide that.
@TheSonyExperience16 күн бұрын
@ sure a wife can help push you over the edge from time to time, but if you need a woman to support you, that’s a problem. Being “complete” doesn’t mean perfect. It means you possess the traits to be a functioning adult. Not only do you posses them, but you can demonstrate them. Humans will never be perfect. With your logic, you will never be complete. There has to be a standard. Money isn’t what makes you complete. I just turned 30 yesterday so I’m close to you. Again with the child example, I disagree. You are conflating perfection with capability. I was ready for my child because I was capable of handling all of the trials that came with it. That included my wife being in bed rest and not working, it included us being 2500 miles away from family, it included handling my family when we all got Covid. I don’t believe I did it perfectly, but I was capable of handling it. This is what I base completion on. So when my daughter is ready to find a mate, she will know what to expect. Our choices as adults are heavily influenced by what we see as children. I am the man I am because of my father and mother. My daughter will be the woman she will be because it is the most important job I have. Like everything I do, I will crush it. I have no choice. It’s a no lose scenario
