I know a lady who was given a pack of gummy bears and was told only take 1. She ate the whole bag and it was 15 gummy bears in the bag. She was so stuck they thought she was dead! She was fine tho lol

That happened to me. I had a chocolate bar. You were only supposed to eat one block and I ate all ten. I woke up on the couch 24 hours later and my throat was so dry every time I swallowed it felt like I was swallowing shards of glass.

Yes! but if you follow directions and find your sweet spot of mgs....you dont even have to drink. I like Delta 8/9 gummies. Don't take more than 10 mgs and youll be good. and you will sleep sooooo good.
