Thank you, was able to put mine back together after it fell apart while cleaning. The key was getting that spring positioned right and getting it to go under that black tab. The followed the rest of your procedure. Back in business for an XTAVA model that apparently is no longer available.

These clippers is garbage bcz when the spring broke you got to buy a new clipper,I buy a vagary it broke with a few months
