Filing food usually don’t have as many spices as some people expect because of their isolation from the rest of the SEA region during their Spanish colonial days, and thus they were not that influenced by Indian culture which uses a lot of spices in their cuisine. But they sure know their way around chilis and know which ones are gonna be more spicy and stuff like that.

Actually tried this combination years before this video was even released. I discovered it from a movie with Kathryn Bernardo in it but instead of chicken, it’s pork adobo. It is so good!
