1. Allergies that’s like reminding that that’s a cat well I never knew that before 2. Grooming needs the same as before it’s a cat it will need grooming maybe little bit more than short haired cats but still 3. High energy levels thats kind of okey ig if you don’t want a cat like that but not a reason why I shouldn’t get that cat bc I would love a high energy level cat 4. Affective but not a lap cat and that’s not true like the pictures in the vid 5. Potential health problems again it’s a cat it has life all cats have that 6. Expensive again not a reason not to get it kind of if you don’t have money you shouldn’t consider a cat all cats are expensive their food their sand everything 7. Long life span and commitment that’s not bad that’s good I’ll have a friend for a longer time and most of the cats have over 10 years life and about 15 years

My boy is a crazy boy. He is picky when it comes to food and hates fish! He loves to wake me up at 5am to eat and then loves. He follows us all around the house and has his own chair in the living room. Loves to get wild at night and run all over the house. He's talkative if you've been gone all day and loves to be with his humans. He's a very needy boy, but we love him.

Some of the pictures are of males. I don’t understand why people make these kinds of videos. Female cats in general are a bit more spicy than males. So much of it depends on how they are raised. I never had a moments trouble with my female MC.

I have a birman and shes SO and i mean SO SO energetic and affectionate. I have no regret for adopting her. Shes not boring at all. She always comforts me and follows me around the house, shes really playful and friendly with my other cats, overall i think birmans are really underrated because their so good for first time owners, their easy to groom, their friendly with kids and other animals, and most of all the best friend (and therapist) you could ever ask for ❤

My Snowshoe, Stanley, is just as they describe. He is very active. He enjoys fetch and I trained him to sit and shake. He is very intelligent. He is vocal but its far from melodious. His cry is like that of an unhappy baby, quite the whiner. He is very friendly and insists you kiss him. He is beautiful with his amazing blue eyes and half a mustache.

What is missing in all these videos on meezers, is that there are two types. Traditional and Modern. The traditional is a ‘normal’ shape cat with a standard skull and more muscular. Modern are like the Disney Siamese cats, very slim and have an apple shape skull. I have a modern female who is 6 years old. She does not overeat and prefers dry food. They can have sensitive tummies. They are lovely cats who love people. She got a ‘sister’ 2 year old Burmese rescue last year. A far larger and muscular cat. They get on great, but my Siamese girl is in charge and will put her in her place despite the size and weight difference 😂 Super intelligent and loving who will follow you everywhere. And yes, they talk. Loudly and a lot. I love that but not everybody does.

I had 6 cats in my childhood. 20 years ago . Then 2 years ago I got an aby. Omg…. She is lovely and affectionate. And has her own personality. I don’t understand this video . Also my aby follows me everywhere. She is cocky and very smart. But in the end she is the boss at home. We are only hoomans .

I have a female sphynx, and so does my mother. They are all you said about male. I think it really depends on the cat and nothing to do with the gender. They are super cuddly, they follow us around, they integrated immediately with other cats, they are super playful, they learned routines super quick.

My husband and I adopted a pair of retired Queens - sisters - 4 years ago. Best thing we've ever done. I can confirm that all of these points are true. They are not aloof at all, and expect everyone who walks in the door to love them. If you are still working or put alot, please make sure you have a friend for your LaPerm. They hate being alone, and will greet you at the door just like a dog. Wonderful, relaxed, adaptable...I highly recommend!

The thing is, cats have needle-sharp teeth and claws. They are also lightning fast and have great strength, pound for pound. Even a small domestic cat can do some significant bloodletting. Domestic cats are the size they are because much bigger, they could start to become lethal to us. Not that they necessarily would, little darlings that they are, but I've gotten a some pretty good lacerations when friendly, totally non-aggressive cat I'm holding hears a sudden noise and scrambles away, leaving some nice claw marks. I ❤️ kitties big and small, but there are so many adorable, sweet, and affectionate domestic cats that need homes, I say open your heart and home to them. You'll be glad you did. Let their wild cousins be wild, and love them from afar.
