Why would I want to work with those things? They are wicked,they do not like humans, and want be left in peace.
@TheWitchInTheWoods7 күн бұрын
Wicked? hmm, not necessarily.. they are just of their own world...they are not human. But they are here and there and about,, looking after nature, keeping to themselves. But they are called good neighbours because our lives might interact with theirs, so it's more an attitude of respect. If you say work with them..what are you meaning?? for your own gain? or for harmony with nature?

Sorry for my Google translated English. In France, at the beginning of the 12th century, there lived an atypical man with a fascinating story. A cleric from an old noble family, who became a hermit, a bit of a druid and magician... His name: Eon de l'Estoile. At the Council of Reims in 1148, when he was asked why his staff was forked, he replied: "When I put it forked upwards, two thirds of creation goes to God, one third goes to me. But when I turn it over, then I have authority over the living, and God remains powerless to my will." Perhaps this is information that may interest you. I would like to know if the existence of this man is known in your country. Kind regards. Michael.

That's a fascinating story. Thanks for sharing that. I had never heard of him, no it's not a story we know here. Shame really.. I like the explanation...🙏

Hi just wondering does it matter if my staff . Doesn’t have a forked end. I have a beautiful bit of Christmas tree. That is perfect for a staff .
@TheWitchInTheWoodsАй бұрын
As a staff, no not at all.. I think a staff is still a pretty powerful thing, and it's a personal choice. It's separate to a Stang..but still has a spirit of it's own I would say...

A druid was a seperate title from a bard and those two seperate also from ovate. Only the new age revival religion mixes the 3. A bard was a skilled job who was trained by their great grandparent a song of their history, the recital had to be learned at 100% success. Each inflection intonation and verbage. Ovates use nature to divine and heal. Druids regard nature and are the high priest/priestess that give adjudication over the arts. Amd at one time the laws as well. Once law lost its poetic nature the law makers killed the last druid.

For with my words I've found the key, guise guilded his keep and opened his door to me. For once inside, i could choose to change my form and be not who he think is i. But- i have chosen to stay true for my morals are more than any mouth can chew. I say not unto you listen to my words for they become the lessons of each path you may choose. Kindness may get you far but those who guile and hide might just be kind, till you open up and they know you cannot hide. Free thought.

Hello! I would love to hear your thoughts on what you think the Underworld is. Is it a place or other dimension .....like the Spirit Realm?
@TheWitchInTheWoodsАй бұрын
Hmm interesting question. I think it's a place and another dimension. I think it's the place of cause before the effect, so linked to the ancestors, the dead, the subconscious, even the DNA. I think we see the earth as 3D, without allowing for..ooh quantum entanglement, connection to other places, connection to symbolic reality, even other beings. If you believe Mother Earth has a consciousness too.. then it's the place that helps you to access her inner being? And things that have been like echoes, and things that are forming.. as in her dreaming. What do you think it is??

Beautiful and simple spell. My family has always seen the horse as a lunar creature. In our tradition we use both the moon bowl (legs up) and moon gate (legs down) positions, but for different reasons. The moon bowl position is for fortune/luck and is hung over doorways. Traditionally this would've been the vōrdö (caravan) door, but now it's in the home. Also we used to only hang one cause there used to only be one door going in and out, but now with homes one is hung over every door leading outside to make sure you always receive the blessings. The moon gate position is strictly used in marking spiritual spaces. Traditionally this would've only been the Hrām (a woodland or forest temple), but in these modern times has also been used to mark a sacred space/altar room/etc.
