السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته. Just so you know a scholar refuting someone does not mean that their refutations are correct. Even if 100 big scholars warn against someone and their warning is wrong then it shouldn’t be followed. Just as you say that sheikh yahya has been refuted, he has also been praised by the scholars before and after the fitnah such as sheikh muqbil and sheikh fawzan and if I remember correctly sheikh salah al ash sheikh as well. Most of the refutations against sheikh yahya are complete lies and distortions of what he really said. He never said that Uthman RA was an innovator this was made up by SPUBS. Rather he only believes in what sheikh al Albani and sheikh muqbil and other scholars of the past also believed which is that what Uthman RA did was an innovation but it does not make him an innovator. You can find his whole speech on the masjid imam muqbil channel. Also the whole thing regarding "I am a scholar" is such a weak refutation because other scholars have also said this such as sheikh al Albani wil u criticise him now as well? Majority of the stuff that was wrong he retracted from and that video of sheikh fawzan saying to leave of the da’ii who constantly retracts is a general ruling and a general ruling cannot be applied to a specific case. Regarding what he said about the works of sheikh ubaid al jabiri, the things sheikh ubaid said about sheikh yahya are far worse than what sheikh yahya said about sheikh ubaid. Also sheikh rabee and sheikh yahya fixed their issues with each other as shows in a letter that they sent to each other in 2011 if I remember correctly. I ask you to fear Allah سبحان وتعالى and not backbite a sheikh due to the weak regulations from other shuyukh.

Yes, yahya al hajoori and his followers are crazy but maybe ustadh abdulaziz doesn’t know about the condition of these deviants. I assume you each other or in contact etc so why don’t you just call him and advise him? If i’m asking these questions im not trying to blame you or something but im trying to understand the hikmah behind this and also what is wanted behind this because obviously i don’t know the context and im ignorant. @ wa alaykom assalam wa rahmatu Allah wa barakatuh my dear brother I have known the fact that brother Al-haqqan has been befriending and accompanying such people for over a year now and I have advised him in private but instead of accepting the advice he came out publicly and lied/mis-narrated about some of the things that took place during the phone call And I noticed that many young students of his who are fanatics of al-Hajoori and even those who may be ignorant are now using al-Haqqan’s silence and befriending of these people as proof under the pretext of “If they were deviants the Ustadh (al-Haqqan) would’ve warned us against them” Therefore I posted this so that the brother may hear it from a Scholar who is known for his knowledge which is Sheikh Usamah al-Utaybi as al-Haqqan seems to see me as a young ignorant kid (after calling me and one of the brothers MASHAYIKH on the phone haha) and to hopefully accept his advice and so that anyone who may have been deceived by these fanatics whom al-Haqqan glorifies and puts as moderators can be guided and come to the truth And I don’t mind anyone asking me anything as long as they’re respectful akhi so feel no shame asking for a clarification on anything you see on this channel or any of my other channels بارك الله فيك

I'm not denying the importance of knowledge but you seem to be denying the importance of a sunnah act. I don't know who "Shaykh al Islam RA" is there have been many ulema in our history with the title shaykh al islam and "RA" isn't a name. I already made my point, to discourage a sunnah is crazy.
