I have the staccato P limited as well as an STIDVC3, which is the XL. I don’t have an XC anymore because I replaced it with an atlas Erebus. I can’t disagree with anything you’re saying. I would bring up the point that the staccato P limited can also be used with a suppressor. As a one gun solution and for home defense, it really does well. I have done some work on mine: Atlas trigger and trigger job down to just over 2 pounds. It’s not the XC but it’s pretty close. I’m a little late to the party, but I enjoyed your video. Very practical.

Please don’t release bad advice!! A bow or cross bow should not be use more then 50 yards !!! And that is in the hands extremely experienced hunter. IT NOT A 100 YARDS RIFLE !!!!!!!

I have a Staccato XC and a Wilson Combat double stack 2011 both chambered in 9 mm. I also have FN, Walther, Sig, Beretta, CZ and Taurus handguns. The XC is all that was described in this video, an amazing handgun. I will say the Wilson Combat gun is just as good. I shoot the XC a little better because it has a red dot whereas the Wilson Combat has iron sights. The XC has a 2 lb trigger and the Wilson Combat has a 3 lb trigger. At 7 yds both guns have very similar scatter. I would recommend either of these handguns

Safe Storage for guns is another move by the left to slowly chip away at the good guy with guns, so they do not have quick easy access from Tyrants who are lawless, breaking in our homes and vote for the left. The left and their double standards act like they want to protect children, but then they are pro-choice! They so easily gain sympathy about the death of young children involved in an accident, but not in those pro-choice decisions. One way to keep children safe from misusing a firearm is to teach them early in life about gun safety! Since this video was released, certain laws for locking them up have passed. I'm not sure if there is a loophole having a background check when we hand a firearm over to a son or daughter especially in a will. After the owner passes, who has authority over those guns without going through probate? Does the government automatically own these guns until a background check is done first? We need a governor who will overturn these petty laws by executive order. What I truly believe is that Michigan is increasing population of foreigners who gain citizenship and then pressure their legislators to vote in favor of more gun laws, because they have not been citizens long enough to ever own a firearm and would not pass the bsckground check. So, they want to bring all American Law Abiding Gun Owners down to their level of not owning one! Good parenting will always be their childrens first and best teachers to becoming the good guy's with guns. Not bad ones! 😁👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Nice video and would love your advice: Looking at my first Staccato. After getting to shoot the XC and a comp'd C2, I am in love with the XC. Use case: range/practice weapon, and probable home defense weapon (no the possible muzzle flash doesn't concern me). I thought for sure the XC was the gun for me, but recently spoke to a friend who said I should consider getting a P and customizing it through Staccato with: Steel frame, XC slide serrations, 3 lb trigger, DLC threaded barrel with the ICE comp.......... this will allow me to take off the comp and shoot it with a can if want to go that route for home defense. The question is this: will that set up be 90-95% of what the XC would be? Or is the performance difference going to be bigger since the XC was built from the ground up and this P that I would be building will be a modded out gun? The cost difference is about $900 (which includes the RDO and light).

Can this work with a nine millimeter pistol

I bought an Equalizer after cancer treatments took all my muscles. I found out what size shirt my bones wear. I have always had thumb safeties since I learned on a Colt 1911 in the Marines. My draw habit is to release the thumb safety as my hand grips the firearm to draw it from the holster. You can always switch it down and leave it there.

i bought xl as well. i cant wait to shoot it. i dont think for me its worth to pay extra money for XC..you should get bularmory tac 2 5 inch tac pro. that might be a new contender to the staccato

Do you really think a 9mm needs a comp? My feeling is it just louder and more complicated to break down and clean.

I have a P I carry on duty and a c2 for off. Been wanting to pick up an XC for duty (4 lb trigger). I just haven’t convinced myself the port makes a 2k difference in performance. My P is pretty flat using a 16lb recoil spring and 20lb mainspring recommend by chambers custom.

Far better than a glock well ill tell you i sold my staccato and i still have 2 glock 19s both of my glocks ive put about 1,500 extra into them so im not rocking just stock the thing about glocks is that you can work them to be such killer guns .

Island barrels are so dope id take stacato p more reliable and when you do shoot the berrle out you have to send gun in so they fit a barrel in and if you want threaded barrel than get it when you buy the gun and have both barrles fitted .

I own 3 Staccato's you should never use a Trijicon SRO ON A Sticcato pistol because as Trijicon clearly states in thier manual if the shroud sticks out past the breach face it will cause malfunctions. What happens not all the time but a shell will eject and bounce off the shroud back into the chamber causing the next round not to chamber. Put a 508t holosun or a leapold and the malfunctions will disappear

Great video. The one thing the Comped P has the other two do not is the comp can be removed to shoot suppressed. That’s the main reason I purchased it. That said, I’m after XC now as well.

Time to move from michigan

Mine fell off of a 12 inch high table. This broke the piece that connects the battery to the machine. Terrible design with a cheap piece of plastic. I didn't even want them to replace it, I asked to buy another piece. Its at most a 50 cent piece of plastic . They have the piece but will not sell it too me because it is out of warrenty. Their response is for me to throw it away and buy another for $229 with a coupon for $30 off. Whoop de do! First they tried to tell me it was part of the battery and couldn't be replaced. Then they told me it was part of the base machine and couldn't be replaced. Then they told they wouldn't sell a new piece to me, but would give me $30 off of a new $229 machine. I have sent them multiple polite emails asking the to call me but they have stopped responding to me.
