I have seen any height mattress from 8-15 be rated as any firmness from firm-plush. I do not understand how they differ in terms of pressure relief with side sleeping. If mattresses are all rated "Medium" but are very different heights how are they actually different? Do thicker mattresses sink in more giving more pressure relief?

Great tips. I was changing my case after flipping it around 4xs. Now it's every other nite. Just sleep on clean side then laundry. I wasn't changing often enough. Case liners are so important too. Hair. I don't need to wash it so much anymore but think if when you're out. Hair catches sneezes and pollution. A good brushing b4 bed and a wet washcloth run through it could only be positive. Before retirement we are surviving and too often don't self care enough. Understandable but it's so defeating isn't it? Good old fashioned boar bristle brushes are great investment.

Hello, I have 8kg front loader. When I wash my fitted jersey sheets, they always get tangled into 1 big ball. Would you please advise how to load or how much to fill the drum, to prevent it from happening? Some of fitted sheets are white, so I wash them separately. My duvet covers are colorful. When I wash only 2 single whit sheets, they were so little that the washing machine becomes imbalance. But when I wash colorful sheets together with duvet covers till 70% capacity of the drum (as advised by the manual), they are tangled and the washing machine also imbalace. Please advise, thank you

I started buying pillow covers when I became responsible for the things I bought as a young adult. I like good pillows and I wanted to take care of them so they lasted. My hub is a big droller..me?…not so much. Then I had kids. Yep..everyone got a protector. Some covers aren’t worth much and some supper protect pillows. I’m careful for what I buy. Great investment to save my pillows!!!

Hi, Steve. I just used your video (and the one like it from a number of years ago) to figure out why my down comforter (at least 11 years old) would not stop shedding superfine down particles. I held it up to the light, and, voilà, all the down from this medium weight comforter was missing just where you said it would be. It had been abraded so much that individual filaments were no longer attached to the quill and were filling the duvet liner and cover with virtual dust. Out it went. I wish you had a clearance or resale section on your webpage; your products look amazing but are well outside the price range of this average joe.

Thanks! I have a nice down comforter.. but when it needed cleaning I thought that down couldn't be washed so took it to a dry cleaner. They didn't even want to do it, and charged me an arm and a leg, and when I got it back I wrapped it well and stored it; I haven't had the desire to go through that again! Now I feel I can put it in a duvet cover and actually use it, knowing I can wash it when needed.

That dirty pillow was disgusting.

I was pulled to this video from a Reddit thread about quality bedding. Someone had recommended Vero and said how good of a purchase it was. Another mentioned this channel, where you have been covering a lot of the technical aspects of bedding. There’s a lot of marketing in bedding that tries to drum up subpar materials, but your approach seems different. I’m properly intrigued and will be looking through your shop when I replace my current sheets soon. Thanks!

Use a non enzyme soap. Air outdoors in the sun as regularly as possible for mites. Never use (toxic) bleach on bedding.... dryer balls help tons
