They are too proud to accept help from others 2. They fear that help is going to have strings attached 3. They feel like accepting help will make them seem like a failure to others or themselves So this was a really creative way to help them without upsetting them in any way. Because, what is family for, if not to help each other when they need it the most?

Some toxic family members are a twice a year problem and it isn’t a big deal and some are really regular issues and it would make life too difficult. Therapy should help facilitate a conversation and boundaries to help see what decision will be best for you.

Alcohol, ibuprofen, aleve, and aspirin are blood thinners that could contribute to anemia, causing chronic fatigue. Also, coffee as well as other foods and drinks block the absorption of iron in the blood. I have chronic anemia, and I'm addicted to coffee. LOL. I'm getting iron transfusions soon. Anyway, the fatigue you're feeling honestly could be anemia. Just a thought. Feel better, girl!! 💛
